Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Vatra Dornei

Amazing house you would t expect to find that when you see it externally. definitely recommend

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

Mimo późnej pory przyjazdu zostałem przywitany przez gospodarzy i mimo bariery językowej poczułem się jak oczekiwany gość:) Na powitanie lokalny destylat, dzień później dostałem pyszne ciasto:) W domu bardzo ciepło, czysto, jest wszystko co trzeba, choć sama kuchnia raczej archaiczna. Nowoczesna łazienka z gorącą wodą. Bardzo przyjemna sypialnia na piętrze z komfortowym łóżkiem. Wygodny salon z telewizorem i ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Komfortowo i przede wszystkim bardzo cicho, jeżeli komuś nie przeszkadza szczekający pies czy pianie koguta. Pewnym problemem mogą być bardzo strome schody na piętro. Dom nie jest umieszczony w jakimś spektakularnym miejscu, jest wciśnięty miedzy inne domy. Bardzo miły pobyt, super odpoczynek, bardzo polecam.

Casa Strabunicului este locul ideal pentru grupuri de familii cu copii. Curatenia este absoluta, ai la dispozitie tot ce ai nevoie intr-o casa. Gazdele primitoare 🙂

★★★★★ A Dream Stay in Vatra Dornei! Our stay at Ionel’s beautiful holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Ionel’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Locatie superba. Gazda primitoare. Probabil cand ninge este un piesaj de poveste. Paturile foarte comode. Un mare plus pentru detalii: gasiti farfuri, pahare, tacamuri, cuptor, gratar, masina pentru cafea, cuptor microunde, cuptor clasic si o mare varietate de jocuri de societate. Sunt disponibile si boxe pentru muzica, masa de biliard, tenis de masa, loc de aruncat la cos pentru bascket, minge de fotbal ( am vazut si un teren de fotbal dar nu stiu daca e disponibil) gratarul este complet cu toate accesoriile.

Totul a fost foarte bine. Zona este superbă, gazda foarte primitoare și ne-a stat la dispoziție cu orice cerere. Iar vila este curată, îngrijită, exact că în poze. Recomand.

Foarte ok atat cazarea cat si gazda. Recomand!

O cabană intimă și f frumos amenajată .Am avut o vacanță minunată în această zonă a țării . Efectiv mi am reîncărcat bateriile … Aș repeta experiența fără nici un dubiu

Great place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Laura’s place is a very nice place to stay. The cleanliness was spotless and we really appreciate that having three little children. The stairs are a real danger for kids but we managed to somehow block them. We stayed only for one night and tried olny the pizza from the restaurant and didn’t have time to try the hot tub. Would love to stay more next time in order to enjoy completely the amenities they are offering. All in all, great place to stay in Tulghes.

Foarte plăcut, ne-am simțit foarte bine!

Suntem foarte mulțumiți de cazare la acest hotel. Este foarte fain că au propriul lor restaurant și puteți comanda cu ușurință mâncare. Singurul lucru care lipsea era un fierbător, dar ni l-au dat în restaurant. Recomand cazare și restaurant!

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great. The view from the bedroom and livingroom is simply breathtaking. The location is great, a few minutes drive from everything you'd need in the area. It is really a great choice for a mountain vacation.

Experiența deosebitä. Am petrecut câteva zile de iarnă cu adevărat magice, iar vremea frumoasă ne-a permis să ne bucurăm de priveliștile spectaculoase ale munților. Cabana ne-a oferit acel sentiment de căldură și confort care ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate și pentru grija cu care întrețineți acest loc minunat.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and full of charm, and the garden was a true highlight—thoughtfully designed with so many interesting details that showed how much love and care went into it. The location was perfect: peaceful, calm, and surrounded by greenery, with lots of trees and open grass. It was the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed every moment and would happily come back!

Großartig! Elena ist die Mutter von Diana. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvor kommend. Sie kümmert sich um alles, hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen, um Ausflüge mit dem Rad, den Wanderstiefeln oder dem Auto zu machen. Ein riesiges Gelände mit Obst- und Nussbäumen. Als wir dort waren fing alles an zu blühen. Ein Traum! Auch das Haus selbst ist riesig und eher wie 2 Häuser. Ein Teil hat einen separaten Eingang, was für 2 Familien z.B. sehr praktisch sein kann. Elena hat uns auch einen Abend mit ihrer anderen Tochter traditionell rumänisch bekocht. Das sollte man unbedingt machen. Samstags gibt es einen kleinen Markt im Ort. Leider gibt es dort keine Lebensmittel, aber der ganze Ort trifft sich...ein wildes Durcheinander. Elena hat aber auch selbst noch einen Minimarkt, wo man alles bekommt. Einen ganz großen Markt mit Lebensmitteln gibt es in Bistritz. Auch dort sind alle entspannt und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt

Un loc deosebit, un loc perfect unde sa îți poți petrece câteva zile împreună cu familia departe de aglomerația orașelor. Cabana este foarte frumoasa, curata și echipata complet. Locul din spatele casei ne-a cucerit pe toți, a fost perfect pt copii noștri dar și pentru noi, adulții. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Is a very nice place to stay a few days in the nature. Plenty of things and activities to do nearby. The location is a remote one so you can enjoy the privacy and have a great time

Am mers cu un grup de 8 persoane iar Teodor a fost foarte amabil,mereu a încercat să ne facă șederea mai frumoasă.Cabana este foarte frumoasă,într-un loc izolat ca din poveste,împânzit de natură.Locul este mai greu de găsit întrucât nu este trecut pe google Maps însă Teodor vă va îndruma dacă aveți nevoie de ajutor.Curățenie imaculată,dotată cu centrală termică,terasă,curte mare,grătar, cabana poate găzdui cu ușurintă 8 persoane.Tacâmurile nu lipsesc la fel și condimente precum sare,piper,tigăie si oale.Cuptorul si aragazul sunt perfect funcționale si in stare foarte bună. Chiar recomand și ne vom mai întoarce cu drag.

O cabană mult peste așteptări! Proprietarul foarte deschis și respectiv. Ne-a ajutat de câte ori a fost nevoie, și am avut parte și de alte surprize plăcute. Vom reveni cu siguranță

we had 3 extraordinary days! the chalet looks even better in reality than in the photos, the location is excellent, placed in an area with complete tranquility, dreamy landscapes and positive energy. Florin is the best host you can have, always prompt and ready to help. the extraordinary cleanliness and welcoming interior made us feel at home! thank you Florin for this great experience and we will definitely be back! PS: don't miss the boat rides on the lake offered by Florin, especially at sunset.
