Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Vathy

Great home! It is located close to the city of Argostoli and has amazing views to the harbor. We had a lovely time at Anesis and would definitely recommend staying here. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The house was in great condition with new furniture and very clean. The provided amenities such as the washing machine and fully equiped kitched made our stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with a few bottles of water, juice and even a nice bottle of wine. There were also cookies and biscuits along with jam left for us! Marinos and Maria were super helpful and gave us some recommendations on the beaches to visit as well as some restaurants in the area.

Incredible place so nice and peaceful. A nice short walk into Lixouri. Theo was a great host and always contactable. We’ll 100% be booking to come back!

Anna’s place was exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels provided were of a high standard. The kitchen is fine, no microwave but that was no problem for us. The owners were friendly and helpful, they left us supplies in the fridge on our arrival and dropped off some orange juice & pastries one morning. The AC works well, the bathroom is excellent, the shower is superb, with a wonderful view if you open the window at head height. The road outside is too tight to park outside but there was always room 50 yards down the road so not a problem. Lastly there was a beautiful cat that visited every morning & evening, she always sat on the doormat and never went indoors, we named her Tinker as she has a bell around her neck, we found her adorable, on our last evening we walked down the slope in front of the property and found her with her 3 kittens, they were shy, Tinks let us give her one last stroke to say goodbye, please buy her some food, it’s very cheap

As we arrived in the dark, Konstantinos waited at the airport to guide us to the apartment. We got many local recommendations. We stayed for a week and had the possibility to get our lines changed halfway through our stay if necessary. The apartment had everything needed and was close to some beaches and restaurants by car. All in all, he went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

Nice homely approach. excelent communication. For me it is place, where i will definitely like to return.

An exceptional place to stay at in the humble and authentic village of Makryotika and Matoula was an incredible host who was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The location of this beautifully kept accomodation that had everything you would ever need, is perfect for visiting the delights of the Northern part of the island especially Myrtos, Agia Efimia and Assos and Fiskardo. Equally easy to get to Argostoly and the airport.

The hospitality was great. And the lady Lia was friendly. We love everything.

I had a lovely week. Natasa was really considerate and made me feel very welcome. She is an excellent host and my stay was a great example of why staying in a smaller place is much better than a hotel. The place was lovely and traditional with a private garden. The ret of her family working in Beach Bums were also really friendly. I recommend staying here and would certainly stay with Natasa again.

It was our first visit to the island and we explored a lot! We are so happy we chose this home. It was exactly as described. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the patio each morning and night. It was very peaceful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our travels between 3 rentals, We were fortunate that grapefruit and lemons were in season. What a treat those gifts were. I prepared dinner on our last night and all I needed was available and clean! The home was co clean. It was such a please to speak often with this couple. I’ll de dreaming of our stay.

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

The house was super,the hostess even more!It is in a very nice location outside the village but at the same time close to downtown and the harbour.. There is a nice yard with a kindergarten,fruit trees and very kind pet animals.!The car was literally next to our door.. thank you Panayota for a wonderful break!We will come back to you again!

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

The house exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The location is convenient for all beaches. The place was quiet. And the hostess - a real treasure - kind and welcoming, ready to help you in any way she can. We would be happy to return to this place and I recommend it with both hands.

Staying at Vasilis’s accommodation was really nice. It was super clean and comfortable. Vasilis was friendly, flexible and gave us great hospitality. We fell in love with a small kitty in the house, so she made it even nicer. The location was in a quite place, which we preferred. Amazing stay!

Great stay at Polychronis' little apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. Very well placed to access Vathy on foot, with a coffee that serves to eat all day at the foot of the accommodation. Perfect!

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. Stavros was wonderful. He checked us in smoothly and gave us some useful tips about the island for our stay. Our stay was very pleasant! We will definitely consider to be his guests one more, next time my wife and I will visit Kefalonia.

We felt right at home, the location was great. Several beaches within walking distance, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. However, it is still advisable to rent a car to get to the capital quickly and to explore the beautiful rest of the island. Communication was easy and warm.
