Bright and nice three-room room in attractive munktell city with walking distance to both the city center and Volvo CE arena. About 2 kilometers to the park zoo. Good bus connections. A double bed and a baby bed (70 cm) are available. It is not allowed to smoke on the balcony! And of course not indoors 🚭 Parking is available both outside and around the house. Bed linen and towels are NOT included, so please bring your own. If you prefer to rent from me, this is done for 100 SEK each 😊

Welcome to our rooftop penthouse! Enjoy a lovely stay in our bright penthouse, on the edge of the city. Large windows and an open floor plan you get a sense of space and light. 1 bed 160 cm and a sofa bed 110cm sheets and plenty of storage. Fully equipped kitchen. The living room is a cozy space to relax under the rafters. The rooftop is perfect for breakfast or soaking up in the afternoon sun with friends. There is a nice forest close by with walking paths and runs.

There is a bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom and your own balcony with a view to our garden. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for both short and long stays. There is a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed with room for two, that are in the same room.
