Summer Garden Studio - Greek village location

Tucked away in the village but close to shops and bus route. Beautifully presented accommodation with a lovely garden and bonus orange trees - fresh, tasty juice every morning! Everything we needed was in the property and Gill and Mick across the road were so friendly and helpful it really felt like a home from home. Do pack with space to spare as Gill's shop is packed with her wonderful, original artwork - if only we could have brought home more - she captures Greece so well. local shops and eateries are in the village and again so friendly and prices comparable with the supermarket so do shop local. Rosé wine a speciality of the area so we tried a few, the Bio-wine at the supermarket one of the better low priced ones. Good walks to the nearby beaches and Koroni walk also a highlight, and the town well worth the three visits we made. We were able to use the bus a lot, cheap but high quality and really helpful in getting us to the right stops. We will be back, car to see more next time

Thank you Niki for this wonderful stay, your house is a true gem. I cannot understand anyone not giving 5stars or complaining about anything, especially for this price. The location and property was absolutely perfect, with the beautiful city of Koroni nearby. The morning view over the ocean. The beautiful olive garden. The lovely open living-room with the fireplace. My experience was completely amazing. Communication was very lovely and fast and helpful. I cannot recommend Niki and their property highly enough. I will definitely visit again <3

Fabulous villa with wonderful terrace overlooking the clean sandy beach and inviting sea. Very comfortable furnishings and beds, immaculately clean and tidy. A stylish retreat that will linger in the memory. Slightly more difficult to find than expected, but easy once you know how. Great food options in both Finikounda (Elena) and Methoni (To Kastro, Klimataria, Sapientza), but you need a car to reach them.

We were very warmly welcomed by Marina! The place is splendid. Even better in real life than in the photo! Marina is a generous, pleasant and available smiling host, the place is perfect for relaxing and resting. It is a magical, peaceful and unforgettable place. If we have the opportunity we will return to this house without thinking!

Dear Barbara, dear Panagiotis Our holidays with you were fantastic. We felt very comfortable in the apartment – you can cook wonderfully yourself, and the beds, equipment and furnishings are also great. Everything is clean and not just set up for short-term guests. The comfort is high and everything works perfectly, so we felt completely comfortable. Moreover, I can hardly put into words how beautiful the personal exchange and the encounter with you were - incredibly warm and helpful. We couldn't have found a better host and a nicer place for us. In one word: great! We would go back any time. Although you are far from the beaten track, there is plenty to do within 60 km. You really need a car for this apartment. The views over Koroni, Mani and the Gulf in between are fabulous. The neighbor takes care of everything. Only the occasional howling of the jackals is disturbing at night, but that's wildly romantic. No regrets!

We had wonderful days at Villa Leonidas. The house is secluded and can be reached on a rather adventurous road. A car is absolutely necessary. The house is clean and has everything you need. Particularly nice is the large outdoor area with cooking and barbecue facilities as well as a pool. You have many different seating options outside, from which you can always see the sea. Leo always responded quickly to our requests and was super friendly. We will be happy to come back.
