Είναι ένα ανεξάρτητο μικρό σπίτι, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα (2 λεπτά με τα πόδια), μέσα σ’ έναν πανέμορφο κήπο, με πολλά δέντρα και λουλούδια, πραγματικό καταφύγιο από τον θόρυβο της πόλης και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά σ’ αυτήν. Βρίσκεται στη Βαρειά, ένα καταπράσινο προάστιο της Μυτιλήνης, μόλις 3 Km από το κέντρο της πόλης, 2 Km από το αεροδρόμιο και πολύ κοντά στο Πανεπιστήμιο. Το σπίτι προορίζεται για φιλοξενία 2 ατόμων, υπάρχει όμως δυνατότητα και για τρίτο άτομο με μια μικρή επιβάρυνση.

Öncelikle ev sahibimiz Çok sıcakkanlı karşıladı bize çok yardımcı oldu Çok kullanışlı ve muhteşem manzaraya sahipti sadece yaşadığımız sorun Google Haritalar bizi çok farklı ve zor bir yoldan getirdi bu evi seçecek Ziyaretçiler haritalarda merkez olarak piligoni yazarlarsa daha rahat bir şekilde ulaşırlar kilisenin önüne arabayı bırakıp sonsuz bir şekilde eve ulaşabilirler

Değerli George'nun evi resimlerde göründüğü ve anlatıldığı gibi bir evdi. Dört kişilik aile olarak rahatlıkla konakladık. Temizlik malzemeleri olması ilave puan alır. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama genel puanlamada görmezden gelinir. Evin tek eksiği bulaşık makinesidir. Kısacası beklentimizi karşıladı ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev, merkeze on dakika uzaklıkta ve şehrin üst tarafında. Bu durum bizim için iyi oldu. Daha huzurlu ve serin ortamı vardı. Yalnız, alt komşunun iki köpeği maalesef gece gündüz hiç susmadı. Neyseki hayvanları seviyoruz.

The house has lots of character, and it feels homely. Some rooms and the kitchen have beautiful sea views. The big balcony is great for sitting outside and enjoying the view. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the the centre is only 20 minutes walk away.

Harbor View retreat

This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

3-BR Villa with Sea View & Garden in Mytilene

Mikhalis ve ve değerli eşi bizi mükemmel bir şekilde ağırladılar, çok güleryüzlü ve sıcacık insanlar, bize çeşitli ikramlarda bulundular, kendi evimizde gibi rahattık 7 gün boyunca, Midilli Adası'nda ilk kez gitmemize rağmen hiç yabancılık çekmedik. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenli, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Evin konumu mükemmel Mytilini şehrine ve hava limanına çok yakın.

Τελοιο κατάλυμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Ήταν σα να βρισκόμουν στο σπίτι μου. Συνδυάζει την ησυχία αλλά και την αίσθηση ότι είσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άψογος ο ιδιοκτήτης. Τεράστια έκταση περιφραγμενημε πλούσια βλάστηση ιδανικό για μικρά παιδιά με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο. Πολύ καθαρό με πολλούς και ευρύχωρους χώρους στο εσωτερικό του. Πάρκινγκ.
