Everything was excellent, nice, tidy and clean. Nicole is very kind. The only thing that was difficult for us was finding the parking lot since it is in Almar 1 and the apartment is in Almar 2. We'll be back soon 😊

The apartment was spotless, had all the amenities for 4 people. Check-in was easy. The lowest note is the neighborhood that is not very well cared for, but at least it was close to the metro Plaza de armas. I would stay here again.

great stay, Felipe was awesome

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

We were five incredible days! a very comfortable and super well equipped house, the house was incredible, but the plot where the house is located is fantastic!! waking up early with a coffee and walking through the beautiful landscapes inside the property was great! very recommended and definitely have to go back :)

Cristobal and Carlos are great hosts. We were very attentive and helped us in everything. Countryside on beautiful with a privileged view and very near to the ski station.

With the golf court in sight, the surroundings invite you to rest and disconnect. As it is inserted in a closed club, the security level is very high, which makes it ideal for carelessness. The house has everything you need to have a good time. Already with family or friends. Because it has many spaces to have a good time: - sparkling glasses in the Jacuzzi - some exercise in the pool - eat bbq in the garden - chatting with a wine around the stove - watch a children's movie with the projector Outstanding!

We made a last minute reservation and yet Camila managed to leave the house clean and organized to welcome us. The house is comfortable and pleasant and for our family TV and comfortable sofas are essential to our movie moment at the end of the day, the house has an excellent infrastructure for that. We really like it!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to stay warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Undoubtedly you choose the house of Ignacio you spend an incredible few days!! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon. Thank you Ignacio for your excellent hospitality.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

Laura was very attentive. She cares a lot about accommodating her guests and is always ready to help out in any way. Your apartment has an excellent location and is close to cafes, restaurants, Costanera, many things. It is a very nice area and safe. I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The Airbnb complies with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is fully equipped. And in addition, it is close to restaurants and places of interest. Camila and Ivana were always available to answer my questions and questions. Definitely recommend!
