Tomas is a great host! His kindness made every thing easy. Additionally, that is a good location with loads of restaurant and hot spot nearby, great deal and would l highly recommended Tomas!!

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Perfect for a short stay. Nice location, hot shower, and heating was available. Laundry room was also in the building for a good price. Bed was very comfortable!

Estuve 2 días, lugar céntrico, muchos almacenes y de. Todo tipo de restoran y tiene lo necesario para alojar con tranquilidad para 2 personas y el precio alojamiento si está bien equilibrado

El alojamiento es perfecto en ubicación y comodidad. Todo muy cerca y muchos restaurantes cercas ideal para un día largo y tener donde cenar cerca. La ducha es fuerte y muy caliente, ideal para días fríos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y todo muy claro fue para el acceso. Súper recomendable

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Francisco fue un excelente anfitrión. La casa preciosa, impecable, igual o mejor que las fotos. La casa está pensada para estar con niños, todo organizado y muy limpio. Hay una casita de juegos en el patio que mis niños disfrutaron mucho. Definitivamente volveríamos, fue una experiencia súper agradable.

La casa es muy linda y práctica y esta bien organizada para huéspedes. El condominio es muy seguro y entretenido para ir con niños!

La casa es realmente preciosa, todo es muy nuevo, limpio y lindo. Casa bien equipada, en un lugar seguro y muy agradable. Tiene una plaza justo en frente. Nos tocaron noches frias y la calefacción estuvo muy bien. Iván siempre estuvo muy atento y pendiente. La super recomiendo! Gracias por confiarnos su casa.

Estuve una semana, el lugar fue cómodo y limpio, fuimos dos personas y tuvimos cada una su privacidad. Pude caminar hacia lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad desde el alojamiento, cercano al metro también, se sintió tranquilo y en casa. Definitivamente un buen lugar para hospedarse!

Estuvimos 4 noches y la casa muy comoda, tal como se muestra en las fotos y en la descripcion, el patio es maravilloso disfrutamos del quincho, sauna, jacuzzi y piscina.
