This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Bonito apartamento con terraza y balcón a 15min (metro) de Sagrada Familia, 20min del centro de Barcelona(Passeig de Gracia), 15min andando hasta la playa. Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.

Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.
