The attic was perfect. So peaceful on top of the roof top terrace. Lovely views. Fabulous cafes and a couple of restaurants down the road out of the historic old town which were much cheaper and well worth a visit. Martin recommendations for restaurants were spot on. Just a 25 min walk into old town Malaga and the port. No shortage of food and bars. Beautiful city. Do go to Pedregalejo beach in the evening, sunset and sardines cooked the traditional way. If you visit Malaga do stay at the attic 100% perfect and Martin was very responsive in replies and a lovely guy.

Très beau studio, propre et bien équipé. Facile à trouver, à seulement 2 minutes de la gare de train Los Álamos et 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Accès à une piscine privée très agréable. Le propriétaire est très serviable et réactif. Je recommande vivement

We just loved staying in Rosa's place- especially having the large terrace on the top floor of the building. We enjoyed our evenings watching the seagulls on high and the people in the streets below. The location is wonderful -with the city market very close to get fresh produce. We had terrific access to Malaga's wonderful museums -especially the one around the corner which is the Museum of Costumes. Must visit! Rosa was very keen to help with anything we needed.

Quizás este sea el mejor Airbnb donde nos hemos hospedado! Sin exagerar. La atencion al detalle, la limpieza, la calidez con la que te reciben los anfitriones y pare de contar. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar para descansar, cocinar, limpiar, e incluso cuentan con todo lo necesario para ir a disfrutar la playa. Quiero destacar nuevamente la atención de los anfitriones, quienes muy amablemente nos recibieron, nos hicieron un tour del apartamento, nos explicaron todo lo que debiamos saber y nos compartieron recomendaciones muy buenas para salir a comer y para visitar. Además, el apartamento está ubicado muy convenientemente a pocos minutos del centro, con supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas a escazos minutos caminando. Está bien conectado con varias lineas de transporte público. Excelente alojamiento, 100% recomendado.

Great location - about a 25–30 minute walk to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay. Antonio was always very responsive and incredibly helpful with his recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable -would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Mi estancia fue increíble, nada más llegar me di cuenta que el apartamento era el indicado para desconectar unos días de todo. Está cuidado al detalle y con las mejores vistas que hay alrededor sin duda. Todo impecable, y no hay detalle que no hayan tenido en cuenta para los huéspedes. Margarita es encantadora, siempre atenta, cualquier cosa te responde rápido y te lo resuelve con facilidad. En definitiva, uno de los mejores sitios que he estado por la tranquilidad que da el lugar.

My friend and myself had a brilliant time. Apartments could not be faulted. Area around pool was lovely. A few minutes walk to the beautiful marina. Restaurants were lovely. We will be back.

GORGEOUS!! We spent a week here and, even though the weather decided to be mostly cloudy & windy, we had a lovely time. The house and grounds are stunning & peaceful, the kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you may want to cook, the beds & pillows are extremely comfortable, and the hospitality and attention to detail are truly unmatched. We were able to take so many beautiful day trips, the location could not have been better for us. We will DEFINITELY be back & highly recommend booking with Sarah, Antonio, & Jeva ☺️

Had a great stay. House is perfect for couples or small families who want a peaceful getaway. As some of the reviews mention you do access the property via a gravel track (usual for the area) but dont let it put you off, drove it many times in a Citroen C3 no problem and followed a smart car on the same road one day. Just take it slow and remember the route María shows you as it saves you 10 minutes comparted to sat-nav. María and Fernando are fantastic hosts and we would be happy to stay with them again. Asunto oli upea, siisti ja vastasi täysin kuvaustaan. Uima-allas oli ihana ja vietimmekin paljon aikaa allasalueella. Asunnossa on hyvin tilaa isommalle porukalle (meitä 5 aikuista ja kolme lasta). Great apartment at a great location. The apartment was spacious, very tidy and felt very comfortable in general. The host was extremely responsive and flexible throughout our whole stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit it again in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at José’s apartment in Marbella. Check-in was incredibly easy—José provided clear, detailed instructions and let us settle in right away, which made everything seamless from the start. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described on the website, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that José takes great care in hosting, and his attention to detail really showed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marbella!

L’alloggio é stupendo, molto curato e ben rifinito: ordine, pulizia, facilità di accesso e flessibilità per gli orari di check-in/check-out. L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Super netter Empfang persönlich durch die Gastgeberin. Alles wurde uns super erklärt mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Unterkunft äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Hervorragende Lage, im Herzen von Malaga und trotzdem ruhig da in einer Seitengasse. Unser Skoda Fabia passte gut in den Parkplatz. Betten unserer Meinung auch sehr bequem. Nette Geste waren die Früchte die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Eine klare Empfehlung wenn man einen Urlaub in Malaga plant.

El apartamento está impecable y Daniel encantador. Es un ático y todo está perfectamente cuidado y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar para una estancia agradable. La terraza es amplia y la urbanización super agradable. Aunque está cerca de la carretera las ventanas son de gran calidad y no se oye nada. Una pena que la piscina estaba en obras y no pudimos disfrutarla. Daniel encantador, nos dejó hacer el checkout más tarde aun teniendo inquilinos al día siguiente.
