Alex was a super responsive and flexible host. his place was incredible! the views were unbeatable and loved having the pool there. the drive is very steep and high up so wouldn't recommend doing it if you are scared of heights but otherwise amazing!

This is one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed at! The location is wonderful in the old part of the village and with views to the castle. There are some great hikes nearby too. The house is spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything you would need for a great holiday - from a very workable kitchen to beach towels. The sun loungers on the balcony are super comfy and perfect for lying reading in the afternoon sun. Jenny is a great host. She picked us up from the train station as we were coming from Madrid on a Sunday. She has lived in Alora for 8 years and has lots of great info on restaurants, hikes and activities/day trips in the area. She is very responsive to text messages and nothing was too much trouble for her. P.S. There’s a great wee shop run by Antonio literally around the corner - perfect for milk/juice/snacks etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from in town too!

This villa is absolutely fantastic, Geert was very attentive in the build up to our stay and once we were there Sonia could not do enough for us from local recommendations for bars and restaurants to answering any questions we had! We will definitely be looking to stay again and have already recommended the place to all of our friends and family!

A perfect remote escape. This villa was everything we hoped for and more — a truly magical getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot, it offered total tranquility and stunning views. The interior is improbably but beautifully decorated — full of personality and charm in every corner. It somehow manages to be both stylish and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel completely at home. We left feeling recharged and inspired. Highly, highly recommend.

Really cute place, the private pool and private garden were perfect. We even bought an inflatable lilo to laze about in the little pool! A few mins walk to the beach and less than 10 mins to the supermarket with lots of bus routes 3-10 mins walk. Hosts were great. Really friendly. The only slight negatives I have were a lack of an oven/grill/bbq/airfryer (anyone would do!) which we need because we have allergies and need to cook our own meals everyday. But we made do. Hosts did offer use of their oven! The other thing was that the second bedroom is a mezzanine and has a curtain rather than a door. Thanks for having us. X

Would definitely come back! Markus and Josée were super proactive and friendly, always responsive and available. The apartment is small, but with everything needed (AC, kitchen utensils, etc). The only downside is that there are no blackout curtains, so it was light inside at 7am. Bringing eye masks would easily solve this. We had the pool for ourselves, Markus only coming around to turn the pool filters off. It was very peaceful and private. They were kind enough to allow us to leave late, as they didn’t have another guest coming in. We have already recommended it to family and friends, as it is the perfect weekend getaway. Quite far from everything, but perfect to escape from the city and busy life.

Our stay in this house was just amazing! We spent 5 wonderful days at this lovely place in Antequera. The house is just as described: spacious, clean and very well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and the decor is taken care of with great pleasure, The location is also perfect, in a quiet area but with easy access to the main tourist attractions. What surprised us the most was the impressive view of the city: every morning, when we woke up, we could enjoy a spectacular view. The panoramic view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. In addition, Manuel was very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this house at 1000.

Great place to stay next to beach. The balcony was an awesome way to get off the beach and have some privacy, yet be outside to enjoy the sun. The interior is small but big enough for 2 people or small family to enjoy. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. 10/10 would stay again.

The place is better than the images, clean and super stylish in every detail. Close to everything, very secure and peaceful! Everything I needed. Alain is very fast with communication, polite and easy going. I’ll definitely comeback! Thank you Alain!

The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated, well-equipped with all the amenities. It is a walkable distance to Malaga’s old town, museums, historical sights, port and beach. The building is quiet and the view from the windows is lovely. Juan was so kind and gracious. We loved our experience and would happily stay there again!

We were there for the second time. As usual, everything was without problems. Good restaurants and bars in the area. Good communication to downtown. We recommend it to people who want to meet real Spaniards and not just tourists. Nice, local atmosphere. Maybe we'll come next year? 😁

We spent 3 nights here. Easy walking to all of Alora. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Gracias

José allowed us to enter the apartment earlier after a night trip. He arrived very quickly (5 minutes) after our arrival to give us the keys and show us around the very beautiful and functional apartment. There was butter bread, coffee tea ,spices , oils ,jams, and other basics . Everything was super clean ,air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Bus transportation (stop opposite the apartment) and train (150m) was very accessible and frequent to get anywhere in town and the surrounding towns from Malaga to Fuengirola). On the street right next door there is a Mercadona grocery store) , pastry restaurants,creamery and access to San Miguel Street for shopping. A little trick for the bus: buy a reloadable card and the fare goes from about 1.70 euros to 0.59 euros for each trip. We had a lovely three weeks vacation in a safe place. Thank you to our hosts!

Yvonne and Herbert are extremely kind and ready to do anything to help you. A central haven of peace to discover the different towns and villages, all as remarkable as each other. we'll be back!!!!!

This apartment is an absolute gem of a place. Really close to some fantastic restaurants and bars, but tucked away, so you can still get a good night's sleep. The apartments decor is superb and was a refreshing change from some of the usual places I've stayed at. I'd highly recommend this place

We had a little trouble finding the apartment and arrived late, but the incredible view from the balcony made up for everything! The apartment is much smaller than we expected, and the kitchen is quite tiny - so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to do a lot of self-catering. Still, the comfort, walkable location, and especially the view meant all those details paled into insignificance. Overall, a great stay for anyone who values nature and spectacular scenery.

Cristina was an excellent host. Flexible with the arrival, he gave us local recommendations, he was attentive, everything was very good. The apartment is just like the photos and is in a nice area.

Perfect!!! Sadly I only stayed one night but I would really like to return and totally recommend. Great location. Beautiful, spotless studio apartment. Everything you could possibly need. Great quality bed linen and towels. Towels available for the poolside too! If you've never been to the area you need to know it's not for the immobile as Benalmádena and the entire area is on steep hills. This apartment is not different but that also affords you, great views. Pool area booked gorgeous too.
