Very pleasant host and a warm house which really felt like home for us. Child-friendly, beautiful surroundings and within wonderful cycling distance of the city. Highly recommended!

Nice spacious stay with everything you need on hand. Less than a 20-minute drive from Maastricht. Toys provided for our little one (1 year).

We were away for a weekend with 8 friends. It was a GREAT weekend in a super clean, tidy, lovely, detached house with an incredibly large garden! We were given a warm welcome with a delicious freshly baked cheese from the bakery. By car / uber you are within 15 to 10 minutes in Maastricht within a 4-minute drive in a beautiful hiking forest. Communication between Imke was smooth and very fast. All in all, a great weekend! Mega thank you Imke and Richard for opening your beautiful home!

Very nice stay in the beautiful Limburg hills. Cozy rural, fenced garden where you can sit BBQ and and cozy fireplace inside for when it's cold.

Beautiful, quiet area. Lots of greenery and yet within "walking distance" of Nuth, where we found everything we needed. The building itself is spacious and has everything needed, quietly located. Possibility to take beautiful walks or bike rides!

This house is unique and beautifully located in the village center. Renovated with attention to detail and taste, we felt completely comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. Everything is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor terrace and garden in the best weather. For us, it was a mini vacation and a nice getaway. There are really nice walking and hiking trails all around and you can perfectly take the bus to Maastricht in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

We slept a wonderful night in the good beds that the house has! A very nicely decorated house, authentic, we were very well and kindly helped after we had a small accident. Some comments; perhaps an extra tea towel because the dishwasher must be empty after breakfast. There was no bench or chair in the bedrooms to hang clothes on. But that's really not a criticism, because the stay was fantastic!

We had a lovely time! The apartment itself was sunny and peaceful. We were able to walk everywhere.

Beautiful place with very kind and helpful hosts

In the middle of the beautiful nature of South Limburg is Landgoed Karsveld. It exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was equipped with every comfort, offering views of the hilly landscape. Enjoyed the Limburg hospitality, the tranquility and the great view.

We had a very nice time at Anne's place! The apartment is very spacious and sleeps 4 persons. Very cozy beds and nicely decorated. The apartment was very clean and centrally located in the city center of Maastricht. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect base for day trips. We went to Aachen and Maastricht. The apartment is beautifully refurbished and crystal clear. It is also nice that the household items for toilet, bathroom and kitchen are fully present, everything has been thought of. The only downside for us was the hard beds, but that is personal. We did not meet Patrick ourselves, but the contact through the app went smoothly, he responds quickly and courteously.

We were guests for a weekend. The first impression was right. The holiday resort was very clean, modernly designed and the staff were very friendly and could provide expert information. The space was larger than assumed in the pictures, which is of course positive to mention. The furnishings left nothing to be desired and the cleanliness there is a high priority. Not a stain on the linens and the dishes were also clean! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! Thank you Team Dormio for this lovely weekend!

The Villa was luxurious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was excellent, only downside was we did not have much of pots and pan to cook for 7 people. If you are reaching this resort by taxi, you have to go to the reception check-in, and take the key and ask the taxi driver to drop you at the Villa entrance. If you release the taxi before checking in, then you have to carry your luggage up to the villa entrance, which is about 7 minutes walk from the reception. We had released the taxi before checking in and we had to walk with our heavy luggage, which was very uncomfortable. The reception does not have the option of dropping you and your luggage up to Villa. Regarding the villa it was just like on the Photo. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. There’s a beautiful backyard garden for relaxing and can have an evening dinner. The surrounding area is very calm and Beautiful. There is a bus stop 600 m away from the villa and a supermarket near the reception.

It was equipped with everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay. Nestled in a peaceful and charming setting, the location was ideal for a relaxing retreat while also offering fast and easy connections to both Germany and Belgium. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience! I would highly recommend staying here!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.
