The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

We had an excellent stay with an outstanding host. The apartment was very modern and exactly as in the pictures. The view was very beautiful, especially at sunset. Andrea even offered us a table with chairs in his garden, so that the view could also be enjoyed outdoors. Perfect for a quiet relaxing time. The area is very quiet and the small village is very quiet. However, shopping facilities are also accessible within a short distance by car. We were provided with excellent tips for excursions and restaurants in the area and Andrea even had a quick answer to special questions, so we lacked nothing. We will be happy to come back!

Elena is really wonderful, we were with 3 girls who had an important race and she had an eye for it, welcoming us with something sweet for breakfast, with water in the fridge and coffee pods. The house is very well maintained, clean and spacious. She was very quick in responding to messages and flexible on arrival and departure times. Absolutely recommended to stay in this house. Thank you so much for everything

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the countryside. Inside, very nice space outside, already perfectly set up for outdoor lunches or dinners. Luca was kind and very helpful in showing us the house and how to best use fireplaces and grill in case we wanted it. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds. We had a nice weekend. We'll be back.
