We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Alain was such a kind and helpful host! The home is very clean and well equipped. The view is absolutely spectacular across the bay. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrises and end the day as the sunset lights up the sky. The pool area is beautiful as well and it is so nice to have a refreshing area to cool off. We really enjoyed having a car available to rent at the home. The kayaks were an added bonus. We saw a turtle, eagle ray and shark along with many beautiful fish during our morning kayak. We can’t wait to come back!

Truly a unique experience. The villa is only rented a few months a year, so you stayed in someone's house (with house cat). Which gives a warm feeling. In my opinion the most beautiful location of the island. great view and close to our favorite restaurant Fish & Blue.

This was truly one of the most beautiful houses and locations I've ever stayed in. The house, garden, and pool were so peaceful and breezy, with many special touches. Karine was a warm and communicative host (we especially appreciated the flexible check out). I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're looking for a relaxing and unique experience on Raʻiātea!

Villa Nina is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while in Raiatea. Our hosts Fabiola and Laure went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our accomodation and time on the island. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back too!

We had a great time with the family. Heimanu gave us a nice gift for my birthday. The house is tastefully decorated and everything is thought of. Beautiful floral decorations. The bedding was good and the place was very clean. Kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles are available. The pool was very nice and the icing on the cake was that we were able to admire beautiful sunsets. Our stay on Raiatea was incredible. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sunsets and peaceful sunrises you can enjoy right from bed. Having kayaks and life jackets available made it easy to snorkel and explore the ocean at our own pace. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed, and the space was thoughtfully prepared in every way. AC and fan, plus screened windows to keep the bugs out, kept us very comfortable and cool. Mick was a friendly and welcoming host. We had a great conversation while watching the sunset, which made the experience feel even more special. While there’s a lot to do on the island, we found ourselves just loving the quiet moments and the stunning views. When the weather wasn’t ideal, we appreciated being able to use Mick’s pool. This is the kind of place that reminds you what Airbnb is all about. Hands down, the best and most memorable (in the best way) stay we’ve had. We hope

Our hostess was wonderful! Kind, responsive, a Tahitian goddess who took the time to show us how to properly tie a pareo. The view was absolutely incredible, the peacefulness was wonderful and she was just so kind and helpful. You will not go wrong with this place. Highly recommend!!!

An amazing spot for our one night before our charter boat. All 10 fit comfortable. Views incredible, we love the outdoor kitchen and prefect to walk everywhere. Host was so nice and lovely. She recommended a taxi and it all went perfect

The property offers a magnificent terrace and a pontoon facing the sea. The house is very spacious. Having kayaks is a real plus. The only downside for us is the hardness of the mattresses.

We loved Suzie's place so much, we even extended our stay. Coming in the low-season, we had the entire property to ourselves (there are two cottages on the property). We felt safe, left alone, and attended to by the host. Sure, the road is close to the house, but locals go to sleep early and you don't hear cars at night. The place is great for kids and couples: snorkeling, SUP, gorgeous water. Also, be sure to rent Suzy's car (we did, and it was so convenient! You definitely need the car on this island). Suzy is professional, kind, and courteous. So glad we found this place. What a gem!

We had a great stay in this lovely house! The accommodation is very well equipped and functional, everything was very clean. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Very nice garden. Beautiful beach nearby and especially beautiful view from the terrace for aperitifs!! Very good communication with Simon, pleasant and responsive host.

This home is a gorgeous place to stay and take in the beauty of Raiatea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable. Wonderful spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to cook in. We loved this central location to explore the island from. Benjamin is a wonderful host and communicates well. I felt very welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Was lovely staying across the street from the water! The mago tree and swing in the front was cute. You can open the gate and drive in to the lawn then park next to the home. Was welcomed by two lovely and protective dogs that barked a bit at night. The neighbors were generous with offerings, music, and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. There’s a couple restaurants a few minutes by car north of the spot. Overall was very comfortable.

Great place to enjoy Raiatea and its sunsets. The accommodation has everything you need, including the kitchen with oven and gas stove. Benjamin is very responsive and advised us a car rental and an excursion to Tahaa that we are satisfied with.

What a beautiful place! The kitchen was very well stocked and ready for us to cook our meals. The location was perfect. Far enough out of town that you felt like you had wide open space, but close enough to get to stores and restaurants easily. We were really impressed with how clean everything at the property was. I didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything to feel comfortable. The sunsets are stunning. The available kayaks were a lot of fun. The large grassy yard was great for playing games with the kids We had plenty of space in the house to feel like we were at home. The host has thought of many things to make this place, comfortable and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this place to someone else.

A place I would highly recommend! The setting is sublime, and the hosts are incredibly kind and generous! Thank you, Laurent and Maima, for the quality welcome you have given us. We leave with lots of memories, especially the breakfast with views of the dolphins, the kayak, and the motu nearby. Excellent!

Great place! Recommended without hesitation

Our host Benjamin was very responsive and had good tips. The listing is as advertised. Good services but you should not linger in the shower because not much hot water.

Very good stay in Jeff's House and tepairu, our hosts, whom we did not see but who left very clear instructions. The terrace overlooks the sea and the kayaks are a plus for a sea ride. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the bedding is very good. Just a little noisy in the morning with cars on the road.
