The main farmhouse was built around 1720 by the Varennes family, Châtelains de Bois-Rigaud in Usson. There is mention in the archives of the Monastery of Sauxillanges of a 16th century sheepfold, still existing. 80m2 of authenticity and tranquility with this original loft set on a secluded hill, surrounded by 50 hectares of forests, crops and meadows. Only 15 minutes from the A75 motorway but already in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. Garden and Nordic bath.
