Overall, our stay was good. My biggest complaint is that both bedroom windows are located directly under a bright spot light located outside. These lights were on all night and kept both bedrooms very bright. There are faux wooden blinds, but not curtains and because of this is was extremely difficult to fall/stay asleep. The areas cleaned by the house cleaner were clean, but there were several spots in the house that could use more attention — like the dirty yellow baseboards, dirty bathroom ceiling vent, missing paint from many areas (vents, doors, door handles), and all around the toilet. Some of the furniture was also quite worn, with scratched tables, chairs, and a torn couch. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the space could benefit from a more thorough deep clean and a few updates.

4.5 stars overall & would recommend! The location was great & we enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Very good & quick communication, Jon helped us resolve issues quickly. 1/2 star less due to requesting us to check in one hour later than scheduled since cleaning wasn’t done, though they allowed us to come in & drop our bags which was helpful. One dirty towel left in the main bathroom. Maintenance also had to come to help with water temp, & we appreciated how quick the turnaround was, but were not given a confirmation on time that they would arrive the next morning. These were minor things though, & overall we would recommend staying here for your visit to Austin.

A great place to stay with everything you need. Close to restaurants and bars and within walking distance of a small market and Barton Springs. Jon was a very communicative host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A stand-out was the very comfortable bed!

Cozy and peaceful! Totally recommend.
