Having a really well sorted and extra clean place to stay is important to me and Pamela’s place was just that. Everything nicely finished and thoughtfully laid out. I stayed for five weeks and could easily have stayed longer.

The window on the front yard added a nice touch of spaciousness to the overall feel. Also a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Highly recommend, my son stayed here for an internship and he couldn’t have had a better experience. It’s a great location within walking distance to everything and the host couldn’t have been more responsive.

Here are the main issues we encountered during our stay:
1. Access to Amenities Restricted: The listing included a washer and dryer, but we were not allowed to use them freely. This was not disclosed in advance and significantly impacted our stay.
2. Plumbing Issues: The bathroom toilet clogged multiple times during our stay, and the kitchen sink would clog up frequently, making it impossible to wash our dishes.
3. Security Concerns: On two separate occasions, we returned to the unit to find our bedroom window open. No one other than us was supposed to have access to the unit, raising serious concerns about our privacy and security.
4. Property Maintenance Neglect: The bushes outside the entrance to our unit were severely overgrown.

I am staying with Pam for the second year. She is a wonderful host, and her place is perfectly located for me. The decor is notably curated. The space is ideal for me. I am quite satisfied with the place and with Pam!
