Chef Derek made my Moms 70th birthday so special with a truly unforgettable in-home dining experience at our Airbnb for a weekend getaway. We started our weekend with Chef and it was amazing! He accommodated several allergies and food sensitivities, working with me closely all the way up to and through dinner on our perfect meal. He was also very responsive to messages prior to the night. That evening, every dish was beautifully prepared, delicious, and perfectly timed. Beyond the incredible food, Derek brought such warmth and care that made the evening feel personal and celebratory. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark this milestone — highly recommend!!
