This was actually my first time using Airbnb, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful Josh was. Even though all the instructions were already provided, he still took the time to answer some additional questions I had.

I love what Josh and Bobby have created and are doing! Don't tell anyone, but this is the only place I will stay in the future.

There were clear directions for everything and the host answered a question I had about wildlife (cicadas). Thanks Josh!

Josh communicated well. Check in process was easy. Front door stays unlocked. It was great value. Cheap, but not seedy at all.
