Hello :) My name is Sarah and I teach Wellbeing and inner sustainability, using the Alexander Technique, and I’m passionate about photography, film, nature, permaculture, Macrobiotics (healing food). My partner Antony, a lovely warm, friendly kind and caring soul, is also often here. We have a puppy called Freddie who is a Whippidoodle and is absolutely gorgeous and silly, loving and kind and very friendly. He’s hypoallergenic (poodle cross)!
