We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream come true if you love to cook and hangout together!! The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. Great location near downtown shops and restaurants — a great balance of quiet and convenience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

John’s Ponderosa Treehouse was great! Exactly as pictured in the photos. Nice and new and extremely clean. Well stocked with all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Very nicely organized and not cluttered at all. John was very responsive when we reached out with questions. The location suited our needs perfectly for a quick visit with our NAU student and for taking a drive to hike at snow bowl to see the Golden Aspens. What I look for in an Airbnb is a clean, quiet, comfortable home and this property is exactly that. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.
