We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Some highlights include: ⁃ A 2-minute walk to Parque Kennedy ⁃ A 20-minute walk to the ocean side and surfing lesson schools ⁃ Close to Spanish schools in Miraflores ⁃ Close to Metro, Wong, and Plaza Vea grocery stores ⁃ Awesome security team that are present 24/7 ⁃ A big kitchen with great appliances ⁃ Very comfortable queen sized bed ⁃ Close to lots of cafes and restaurants Book this place for your next visit to Lima and get ready to have the best stay ever!

Zona tranquila, buena ubicación con restaurantes cercanos, trato amable de los propietarios, departamento limpio y amplio.

El Airbnb estuvo increíble! Éramos 4 familias, 12 personas en total, cada familia tuvo sus propias habitaciones con baño privado y clóset. Excelente ubicación, a pocas cuadras de Larcomar. La cocina podría estar más equipada, pero es algo mínimo en comparación a las ventajas del departamento. Recomendado.

I stay a lot in Lima for business. This is one of my favorites. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Great work area and WiFi. Quiet street which is unusual! Close to everything. Easy and safe to walk everywhere. I’ll be back! Thanks!

Realmente es una anfitriona de primera, además de que el hospedaje brinda todo lo que ofrece en el anuncio y más. Joel & Johana’s place provided us a wonderful stay. It was fairly easy to walk to most places, and if uber was needed, it was affordable and a quick ride. Centrally located near great restaurants, markets, and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you Joel and Johana.

Estupendo departamento en San Isidro. Muy bien situado en una zona segura y tranquila. A un paso de supermercados y restaurantes de Av. 2 de Mayo en Lince y a unos minutos caminando o en uber de restaurantesen S. Isidro. El parque del olivar a 10 min caminando te llena los pulmones de aire fresco. El depa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Extremadamente silencioso y con cortinas black out que facilitan un descanso total. La limpieza 2 días por semana facilita mucho el aprovechamiento del tiempo cuando estás por trabajo o vacaciones. Por poner un área de mejora, decir que no tiene ninguna plataforma tipo Netflix preconfigurada en los televisores, por tanto tienes que configurar las tuyas (suponiendo que tengas).

Convenient location in Miraflores with easy access to parks, restaurants, and the bus system. The concierge makes it easy to get in and out of the building. Space is nice with in unit laundry and a giant bed. The only minor downside is that windows were not fully soundproof so you may be hear outside noises in the evening, but maybe there was something we did not figure out.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.

I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a good area. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothly, no issues at all. It was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

La zona del departamento es muy segura y agradable, lo que más me agradó fue el ingreso independiente. Muy limpio, con acceso a utilizar todos los utensilios de la cocina. Cumplió con todo lo ofrecido y sobre todo el anfitrión fue muy hospitalario y mantuvo comunicación con nosotros en todo momento.

Один из лучших рассветов в моей жизни случился на веранде этой квартиры! Очень уютное жильё, внизу живут родители Ракель - очень милые и гостеприимные люди, помогли мне занести чемодан по винтовой лестнице наверх! И были отзывчивы ко всем моим просьбам! Квартира расположена в хорошем, безопасном районе, рядом с прекрасной набережной. Приятно гулять на улице и вечером не страшно! Ракель была всегда на связи по вотсап и все вопросы решались очень быстро! В душе если включать полный напор, то вода не горячая, для того, чтоб получить горячую воду нужно снизить напор очень сильно. Прекрасная кофеварка на кухне, берите свой кофе! Однозначно рекомендую это место и сама бы вернулась сюда снова!

Es la segunda oportunidad que me hospedo en el dpto de Miguel todo muy ordenado y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, super recomendable, Miguel siempre está atento a resolver cualquier duda o requerimiento.

Great space, amazing views, comfy bed, close to supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants, Bryan's cool and very helpful. 16th floor with a lift so very easy to get to and security, was easy to have guests by sending thier identification. Hassle free experience would highly recommend and stay again. :-)
