Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Urb Santa Beatriz

This is our favorite place to stay when we go and visit Peru. It is absolutely perfect; especially if you are traveling with a few couples. Each room upstairs has its own full bathroom which is a huge plus. There are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance and only a 10 minute ride or drive to the busier parts of town. We will be definitely staying here again on our next visit. Gracias Miguel!

The place is very well located in a safe neighborhood, with a new bus line (Aerodirecto Sur) that runs directly from the airport and stops just a block away—not very comfortable with big luggage, but manageable. Kizzy was extremely kind and efficient. I arrived before check-in, and she kept my luggage so I could go out for lunch while the place got ready. She clearly knows a lot about Peru and gave great travelling tips. The place was cozy and clean, with cute Peruvian decorations and all the basic tools to cook breakfast, make tea, and prepare light meals. Internet worked fine for e-mails, social media, and watching Disney+ on the smart TV. The restroom is a bit small and might be challenging for people with mobility issues, but was totally fine for me. Only small downside was that elderly neighbors and cleaning staff around the building were not very friendly—perhaps due to age or cultural aspects. Still, Kizzy’s phenomenal treatment made up for it. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

This is the second time we have rented the house and again we are very satisfied. We love the layout, the location and the atmosphere of the place in general. Communication with Alberto was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to incorporate a little more kitchenware, but everything else was perfect. We absolutely loved Judith and Hernan’s place. It was centrally located in San Isidro and walkable to so many things, but offered incredible privacy. The decor, comfort and spaciousness accommodated my family very much. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked, the rooms were cozy and came along with large smart TVs, and was an artful combination of classic Lima architecture with a modern flair. My favorite part was the back courtyard, where we able to use to both work out and relax. We hope we can stay here again!

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

really like this location if you want a bit of a more relaxed environment with plenty to do close by and not far from the rest of lima.

The apartment has an ideal location for exploring the city, as it is downtown and very accessible. The space is perfect for two people, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, the host responds quickly and is always willing to offer solutions. For longer stays, it would be ideal to improve some services and details that would make the experience even more practical and enjoyable.

The host was excellent, there were problems with the gas outside the apartment and he always gave us the solutions to the case, he even sent us free dinner for the inconveniences that were not the host's responsibility. I will definitely stay with my family again. 100% recommended.

The apartment was beautiful but it was slightly inconvenient to have to bring the keys to open the main gate, the apartments gate and apartment. The area was very noisy for our liking but that’s not something the host can control. William was very attentive and fast responsive.
