Apartment holiday rentals in Urb Santa Beatriz

Stayed in the apartment in for a week. Juan gave us very clear, helpful instructions to get into the apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The wifi worked very well. The kitchen had all the amenities of home, with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kettle. The view from the 22nd floor is amazing. It was nice to look out at the ocean in the mornings and let the cool air in through the sliding glass door that had a balcony. The sounds of the city were comforting, almost like having a built-in white noise machine. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was very spacious, especially the shower. We never ran out of hot water, and the pressure was very good. The location of the apartment is great. Close to everything. It was easy to get a taxi or Uber at any time. There is a bodega next door which has almost everything you need. There's also a full shopping center a block away. Juan was responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay in Lima. I stayed five nights and it was great to be able to do my laundry and have everything clean and dry for the next portion of my trip. The building staff downstairs were very kind. The apartment is also very close to the center of Miraflores, so I always walked there and back. Definitely would stay here again.

Easy check-in as the building has a 24/7 reception desk. All furniture in the apartment is "new" and everything was tidy. I loved the washing-machine-dryer combo. Just used it once, but that was a real plus. Some kitchen utensils could be replaced (e.g. only a deformed Teflon pan was available, I had to lend one from a neighbour), but anyway it served its basic purpose.

We had a very comfortable stay at Maria Elena’s! The view from the beautiful living area and the location are top notch. Everything functioned perfectly making the stay relaxing. Grocery shop within a 3 minute walk was extremely convenient. Doing laundry was effortless. We slept great here and enjoyed our time so much!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of everything. Javier was an unbelievably responsive and flexible host, making the entire stay seamless from start to finish. I would 1000% recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

The place was really nice, we were surprised to find out that it had ocean views we enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Place is safe and secure, very modern. Kitchen had everything we needed plus washer and dryer was very helpful. Only thing bad was the traffic noise early morning and late at night. However we enjoyed our stay. Rodrigo was very responsive and friendly.

Julio’s place was perfect! Super clean, comfortable, and in a walkable location that made exploring the area easy and fun. Julio was a great host—highly recommend staying here!

Este Airbnb está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. Mi esposa y yo estuvimos trabajando en remoto durante nuestra estadía, y el internet funcionó perfecto para nuestras necesidades. La cama es cómoda, y disponer de lavadora fue un gran plus para mantenernos con ropa limpia. Está cerca de un supermercado Metro, y en la esquina hay un negocio para compras rápidas. La zona es segura y tranquila; incluso se puede salir a caminar por el parque en la noche sin problema. Lo que más nos gustó fue lo bien equipada que está la casa. Pudimos cocinar sin limitaciones, preparar jugos y calentar comida con facilidad. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Además, hay varios lugares para comer cerca que realmente valen la pena. Pilar y Carlos fueron anfitriones excelentes, siempre atentos y con muy buena comunicación ante cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos como en casa y, sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí cuando regresemos a Lima. ¡Nos encantó!

Todo muy bien, el apartamento es nuevo, limpio y ordenado. La zona super tranquila, caminando llegas a buenos restaurantes y áreas para estar en contacto con la naturaleza, pasear por el Olivar o hacer running alrededor del Golf. Las personas de la administración del edificio muy amables. Me sentí como en casa, se los recomiendo.

Raúl y Evelyn tienen una propiedad de alto nivel, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estadía agradable y cómoda. Ya bien sea por negocios o para disfrutar en familia es el alojamiento ideal. La localización del departamento es genial, estratégico para llegar a diversos destinos. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar en su precioso departamento.

Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, lo que facilitó mucho mis desplazamientos y me permitió disfrutar de la ciudad sin inconvenientes. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo indispensable para una estadía corta, está bien equipado y ofrece un ambiente cómodo y agradable. Además, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue fluida y amable, lo que hizo que mi experiencia fuera aún mejor. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un lugar práctico y bien ubicado.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Overall, the apartment was amazing!! I booked this place for a relative to stay in Lima for a couple of days, and Piero was kind enough to make this happen. He was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely consider it for a future visit!

we were very happy with our stay in this apartment. clean space, good location, Mafer was very responsive to all messages. the bed and pillows in the room are very firm, that may or may not be a preference for everyone but I was happy! Unit also has air conditioning and functional laundry in the building. would stay again!

This was such a wonderful stay! Although we weren’t able to stay here long, it was perfect for the day, Mabel was very hospitable and communicative and the views were stunning. Would definitely recommend!
