We had an amazing weekend Best villa I had ever rented I loved it Will b renting it again. The host was super nice easy to contact VERY VERY nice Everything was just amazing I’m very satisfied 🙏🏾

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Enjoyed a great Christmas and New Year’s stay at Villa Palm Dove. The home is situated up on a hill in a quiet and very secure neighborhood with a great view and cool ocean breezes. It has a well appointed kitchen with everything you’d need for a few meals at home. Bathrooms are spacious and the outside shower was a nice touch. The pool and outside lounge spaces were comfortable and inviting. A nice “extra” is that this home has satellite television with an extraordinary amount of channels to catch US sports or streaming shows. The management team was very helpful and communicated well for arrivals and departures. Also very attentive and checking in throughout the stay. All in all, great spot and we’ll keep it on our short list for future stays.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Absolutely beautiful villa! The photos don’t do the place justice. The home is gorgeously decorated. The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. The pool was spotless and perfect to cool down after a day out. There were between 8 and 9 of us and we never felt crowded! Virginie was also an incredible host, always responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. I couldn’t recommend more!

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Ich war von Mitte Februar bis Mitte März bei Christophe untergebracht. Kurzentschlossen hatte ich wenige Tage vor dem Abflug die Unterkunft gebucht. Angesichts der High-Season war ich froh, für so lange noch etwas zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Christophe erfolgte über die Airbnb App bereits im Vorfeld der Reise. Von einem Tag zum anderen hat man immer eine Antwort erhalten. Der Check-In mit elektronischem Schlüsseltresor war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung bringt all das Nötige mit, was man auch bei längerem Aufenthalt benötigt: Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, rudimentäre Küche, großer Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Handtücher und Verbrauchsmaterialien (Toilettenpapier usw.). Die beiden Räume (Schlafzimmer und Hauptraum) sind beide separat klimatisiert. Das Appartment liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Residence im französischen Teil von Oyster Pond mit Pool. Gärtner kümmern sich um die Anlage. Bis zum wunderschönen Strand Orient Bay sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Komme wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon court séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et avec une très grande terrasse appréciable pour s'y reposer. Malgré une coupure de courant à notre arrivée la situation a très vite été gérée par GioNads (le cadeau de compensation a été très fortement apprécié). Les 2 petits bémols sont l'absence de certains produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée et la propreté de certaines parties du logement ou accessoirs (traces de moisi dans le réservoir de la machine Nespresso, toiles d'araignées au plafond et tâches visibles sur le bord du canapé une fois déplié pour servir de lit. L'ensemble de notre séjour a été cependant très agréable.

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Loma Vista. It was a perfect location for travelling around the island. Offers Beautiful views, well-equipped, and modern design. Chantel and Marco are friendly and went above and beyond as our hosts, we would rebook again next time we visit SXM

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

My family and I stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular. Mariana and Manoj, the owners, stayed in contact with us throughout our entire stay. The view is breathtaking and the surrounding is peaceful and friendly. We wish our stay was longer. Would definitely recommend this place!

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans la maison, tout était comme sur le descriptif : confortable, proche des commerces et restaurants, à / pas de la mer. La vue mer de la chambre principale est juste magique, concernant les 2 autres chambres la vue est sur la piscine (très bien) Alexandra est très arrangeante et disponible également pour répondre à toutes les questions. Le plus sont le parking privé et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement. Cdt M Descamps

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!
