Kick back and relax in this peaceful , modern, 5 year old home. Riverfront property on 5 acres. Amazing view of the Long Range Mountains across the the Grand Codroy River. A bird watcher's paradise, on a licensed salmon river , with the ocean and beaches 10 minutes away. The pace of life is slower here. A canoe ride from the front lawn brings you to ducks, geese, beavers and other wildlife. Hiking trails with stunning views, quiet rural roads for the cyclist. It's truly a beautiful get away!

Ground Level Apartment. A playground next door. Perfect for kid's, furbabies and if you are missing your workouts, the playground has a cemented walkway so you can get those steps in! Now pet friendly. An extra charge for pets. Please be respectful of my property. Walking distance to the drug store, grocery store, Decor store & a boardwalk to kiosks & live entertainment (seasonal) & view the Ferry arrival :) Come on in. Put your feet up! I bet you will say, this is "Just like Mudder's".

This 2 bedroom home is great for short or long term stays with parking for 2 cars or more. Dedicated to my mom who loved to take care of family, friends and vistors.
