Can't say enough great things about Akman's two apartments I stayed in during my visit!! The views of the Rhein were so beautiful. Beyond that, the apartments were both fabulous - the kitchens fully stocked, wonderful Nespresso machines in both with a full complement of espresso capsules. Everything worked great, the beds were all comfy, and the apartment living space was large for one or two people. The building is very secure, check-in was easy, and Akman was gracious and extremely responsive. This is the first owner I will check with upon my future return!!

We were there for an extended weekend and are absolutely thrilled! The apartment itself is in excellent condition and furnished with a lot of love, is absolutely central yet quiet. The balcony was our personal highlight: breakfast in the sun and can still sit outside until late in the evening because there were pillows and blankets that were (almost always) necessary at the beginning of May. The kitchen is cute and equipped with everything you need for self-catering, also cooking went great!! The bathroom and bedroom were also just to feel good! Overall result: beautiful ambience for great days at Lake Constance!! Thank you!!!

Highly recommended. Beautiful view of the lake and mountain panorama. Great central starting point for all kinds of activities in Switzerland. Very friendly and easily accessible host who responded quickly with solutions. Very nice and clean place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years old), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very easy to reach. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the price-performance ratio is great!

Important Parking Instructions: Parking is not “on premises”. Parking is in “Parking Montagne Verte” which is 500 meters (1/3 mile) away. You will need the parking pass to both enter and exit the parking garage. Also, cars are not allowed on the apartment’s street. When checking in: Park on rue Turenne near the apartment. Go up to the apartment and get the parking pass. Then, go and park the car in the garage. When checking out: Fetch the car from the garage and park near the apartment in rue Turenne. Go up to the apartment and return the pass. We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well-appointed, and amazingly located in the heart of historic Colmar. Being only steps from the covered market hall was a real treat. Of all the places we have stayed, this apartment is one of our favorites. We hope to stay here again!

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to make it a nice stay. Perfect for a small family and great location.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

This is a great place to stay in Colmar. Although parking is a bit of a problem and very expensive.

I really loved staying at Martin's house. Fr. Dagmar was wonderful, and got me a free bus pass, which she printed out for me. The flat was delightful with beautiful views, very clean and quiet, and within easy walking distance from the town centre and the local supermarket. It was also very near the bus stop, so I was able to get about with minimum effort. This was my second visit, and both times have been outstanding.

Perfect place for my stay close to the Klinik, nice quiet place in the nature, super easy access with the car, covered parking just in front of the door ( so easy!!). Easy check in and out, all amenities in the house, super well interior decorated ( must have been an interior designer;)) spotless and clean, I had one of my best stays ever of any BnB! There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful place and location. Had a picturesque view off of the patio, and we could walk to several nice restaurants close to a lake. Good communication with Nadine throughout. Would happily stay again
