A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the vacation in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again directly for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

We would highly recommend the place to everyone. Julia is really a super sweet host and totally accommodating. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers outstanding amenities. The location is really great and the view breathtaking :)

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is lovingly furnished, everything is available in the kitchen and the beds are wonderful! The small terrace and the seating area with canopy in the garden are also beautiful. Gaienhofen is a good starting point for beautiful excursions around Lake Constance. Maria is a wonderful and very helpful hostess. We can only recommend the apartment!👍

We had a great time in Annabel's beautiful apartment. The apartment is quietly located on the edge of the field and is also only a few minutes from the lake. The apartment is modern and has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days at Lake Constance with a small child. In addition, Annabel is a super nice and helpful hostess. We would like to come back soon ☺️

Very spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location near the lake. Florian is very friendly and accommodating. We spent a few very nice days in the apartment.

The stay was simply fantastic! The accommodation fully corresponded to the description – clean, modern and furnished with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, as well as the new, stylish bathroom. Although I was traveling for business, it really felt like a temporary home here. I'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!

Impeccable accommodation. it's clean, tidy, a new building. extremely comfortable bedding. Great welcome, they will always be there if you need advice. Very quiet and relaxing environment. You can book with no hesitation.

Small but nice apartment, with a lot of love for details and a perfect, quiet location for any activities. We were very warmly welcomed and there was even a small welcome champagne. The communication with Julia worked great - a clear recommendation!

It was very nice, great surroundings, you could also park well in the street, it was hot, but the apartment remained quite cool with shutters dropped down, not far to the beach, nice cafe opposite monastery, everything also easily accessible on foot in 15-20 minutes. We would come back 😃☀️⛵️🐟

It was a great stay in a beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment. We actually felt like we were in our own house. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating and actually still a little more of everything. So also in the bathroom. And it was very, very clean everywhere. The location is just great. When you sit on the terrace, you have a wonderful view over the roofs past the church tower to and over Lake Constance. In a few minutes, you are directly at the bottom of the cable car. You can also shop in the village or by car nearby. You can feel the heart and empathy of the host in everything. It was a great stay, thank you very much, dear Ariane.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

We felt very comfortable in Pia's apartment and nothing was really missing! Never been in such a well-equipped and clean apartment! Pia was very courteous without being intrusive. Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back :) Highlight for families: even toys are available :D

We stayed at the great place for 4 nights. We were greeted very nicely and the hosts were always available. We felt at home. The apartment is well equipped, there is no unnecessary stuff around, which we liked very much. Location was perfect for us. Konstanz, Radolfzell, Reichenau and Mainau all great and relatively quick to reach. Good public transport connection. We highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back. The apartment is great. Very well located - swimming facilities, supermarkets and the train station - everything is nearby. We were very pleased.

We felt very comfortable in Stefan's apartment and enjoyed the diverse activities from there (there are also many maps and tips in the apartment). The view from the living room/balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is super equipped. We will be happy to come back.

We spent two pleasant nights in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location is quiet yet well connected – ideal for relaxing and exploring the surroundings at the same time. The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated, also the check-in and out went smoothly. We were traveling with children and even though the apartment is not specifically designed for families, everything worked well for us. Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Absolutely beautiful apartment as described. Great location for Luzern and all the mountain summer activities. Highly recommend !

it was great to stay on the real farm!

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)
