Smoking friendly holiday rentals in United Arab Emirates

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

stayed in Mohammad place for over a month with my husband and had a great stay. The place has everything you need, the gym was well equipped and really convenient. Pool area is very nice. Was very impressed with how responsive Mohammad was. Anytime we had a concern he responded right away and was very attentive. Recommend staying here! Arjan is a nice place to stay in and convenient

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Great place for some peace and quiet.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

Beautiful house with a spacious living room and 2 attached bedrooms with high ceiling. The place is well maintained and clean. With a high compound wall and artificial turf laid from wall to wall, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a quiet weekend getaway. And it is pet friendly!! As it was Eid holidays the owner sent us a basketful of fresh fruits. Thank you.

a great place to stay if you're in Ajman. host is very responsive and the place is great with multiple choice of eateries, groceries and public transport.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond!
