We arrived around midnight and received professional, friendly assistance from Adejoke (Guest Relations) - he and others seemed genuinely keen to provide a good impression. The room was comfortable and quite quiet. Having a small kitchen was very useful, especially as a large grocery store is less than a block away, so good for catering for a quick evening meal and breakfast. For our short overnight stay travelling between Australia and Europe we found the hotel very well placed close to the airport. We will be happy to stay here again during our next travels.

We had a great stay in this apartment ideally located in JBR, in the heart of Dubai. The accommodation is spacious, bright and easily accessible, perfect for enjoying the city and the nearby beach. A huge thank you to the housekeeper for her warm welcome and her great availability throughout our stay. We also thank Alessandro for his responsiveness and professionalism. Thanks to you, our experience was smooth and very enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment reflected the listing photos, very large and comfortable for families . Fantastic location, just steps to JBR beach and restaurants but not for this noisy . perfect solution for a vacation in Dubai . 24-HOUR reception, always very kind staff, daily cleaning, the possibility of using breakfast for a fee and a convenience store under the house for any need . I will come back and recommend it without reservations .

The location of the house was very good, it was only 5 minutes walking distance to the cafe restaurants. There was a 24-hour grocery store right below. Also the tram was leaving right in front of the building. It was an extremely clean and tidy house. The front desk staff was also attentive and friendly. We felt at home. This was a great room and hotel. We stayed for the New Year holiday and had a great time. We were close to all of the major tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Nojoom’s property.

Great place, highly recommend!

It was a get together of ex colleagues and friends. It was literally 'far from the madding crowd' and was a bit adventurous to reach there, once we reached it was worth the efforts. Great property, Super responsive host, Very well maintained interiors. Option to do BBQ, If you have kids you can find some nice rides there to keep them engaged. over all it was a great evening for us!!! Thanks a lot Ahmed for everything!!

The first stop accommodation for the family trip, my parents are satisfied, the living room is large, the whole is very comfortable, and the hotel-style service is a plus.If you are driving, remember to follow the front desk when you check in and they will help you to park your car.

I was stressed about finding a place because there was a convention in town and there was very little availability for instant books. I booked this place and was apprehensive because it was a looking older space and wasn’t familiar with the area, but it ended up really great! The area is central and is only a few minutes to the Burj Khalifa which was awesome because it was so close to the Dubai Mall and central to everything else. The space is older, but clean. And the staff is so sweet, attentive, and accommodating. They let me leave my bags all day since I had to check out but had events all day. Came back for my bags in the evening and they still gave me free waters on my way to my next place. Overall happy and grateful to have had the night here! Thank you
