This is a spotless and quiet place. Anil responded quickly and clearly. There is a small mall within walking distance. For a non-Californian who has endured many freezing nights in the Hayward area, the portable space heater was a very welcome addition.

Perfect location right at the heart of Castro Valley, very safe and quiet middle class community. Clean room, quiet, great service team. I will surely give an all five stars and 100% recommendations.

The interaction with LI great from start to finish. She was very helpful, accommodating and very responsive. The washer and dryer on the premises is super helpful and parking designated just for me is wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone short term or long .I would absolutely come back to this place next time I need a place to stay...=)

An Exceptional Stay in a Private Oasis Staying in Hannah's private room with a separate entrance was a delight from start to finish. The privacy provided by the side/backyard entrance, framed by a stunning and inspiring garden, set the tone for a peaceful and uplifting experience. Having a private bathroom was a significant bonus, adding to the comfort and convenience of the stay. The location is ideal perfectly situated for commuting to key EV buildings, grocery stores, attractions, and offices in the region. With an average drive of 15-25 minutes, even destinations like San Jose are easily accessible. Nestled in a calm residential neighborhood, the area offers tranquility with minimal vehicle traffic. However, occasional train noises may occur, so a pair of earplugs is recommended for light sleepers. The room itself is perfectly dark for a restful and healthy night's sleep. The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Megan’s place was located in a beautiful and quaint part of Lafayette. Lots of nature, and we even saw two baby deer playing in the yard in the morning. If you enjoy walking it’s only about a 15 minute walk to town. The place itself is a gorgeous studio located on the ground floor of a shared house. Megan’s character can be seen throughout the studio and it is equipped with all the essentials for a great stay.

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Whether you're looking for high-end fashion, unique gifts, or the latest tech gadgets, you'll find it all within walking distance. The convenience of having such a diverse selection of stores right at your doorstep is a huge plus. Speaking of walkability, the area is incredibly pedestrian-friendly. Strolling through Santa Row, you’ll find beautifully landscaped streets, making it a joy to explore on foot. The proximity of cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues means you can easily grab a bite or enjoy a drink without needing to drive. This makes it particularly appealing for tourists and locals alike.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
