In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. A warm welcome to this unique and quiet accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for nature lovers. There is a private jetty for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can grill and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a small log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catching fish while you're having breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. A five-minute walk from the cottage, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.
