Pengalaman menginap yg menyenangkan. Lingkungan perumah yg bagus rapi tenang dan nyaman. Sekuriti juga sangat ramah dan tidak mempersulit. Pak Adi sebagai tuan rumah sangat detail menjelaskan dan sangat membantu kami. Rumah yg sangat nyaman dan bersih. Fasilitas lengkap, bahkan banyak fasilitas tambahan seperti bahan makanan dan fasilitas untuk anak2. Seperti berasa di rumah sendiri. Sukses dan sehat selalu untuk Pak Adi dan keluarga.

Amazing juga for free snack 1 kulkas (aneka minuman, camilan dan mie instant). thankyou, and rekomen bgt. 😊

A nice place to stay for a family of five. There are only two rooms, so we still could have our privacy and time together. Although you might need to be extra careful when bringing toddlers, because the pool side could be slippery and the pool is quite deep for a baby. Nice tv, super clean bathrooms (which is very important for me), and well circulated air and lights. The place is pretty far from shops or city center, so good if you have a car although the parking might be a bit challenging but manageable. Fit for those who wish to get away from crowds. Pack your food, spices, meat, and all so you dont need to go anywhere 😅. Also, they provide complimentary (fruits and instant noodles) which is soo unexpectedly helpful. Hahaha. Kudos to the host! Looking fwd to be back!! xx

De villa ligt op ongeveer 15-20 minuten van Yogyakarta en ligt in een vrij rustige, mooie omgeving. De keuken heeft alle benodigde keuken spullen. Voor de rest goede en snelle respons van vragen of andere informatie die we aan Dewi en Valentino vroegen. Deze villa boeken we zeker weer voor een volgende keer!

Nica place to staycation with family, thankyou

Selamat sore ! It was nice to stay in this Villa. - The host is nice and reactive and give us the possibility to check in earlier (but from what I have understood the keeper didn’t knew that, so the cleaning wasn’t done, but we asked for it and they came to clean). - You are in contact with the keeper for emergency/ problems - the keeper is nice, reactive and work well). They came several times to clean if you stay a long time, and the job was done properly (even more ! 😊) - We got water problems (no water anymore) but it was fixed quickly. - Gas was empty for the ktichen at the end of the stay, they came quickly to bring new gas, problem fixed. - There is a kinda a lot of ants almost everday in the kitchen area/ entrance door even if we tried to hide/close food packaging - we got used to this so it was not a big problem - Netflix wasn’t working but got fixed quickly - Too bad the people isn’t a little deeper We enjoyed our stay and recommend this Villa, terima kasih !

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

kesan pertama, tempatnya nyaman jadi waktu istirahat kami sangat berkuakitas. children friendly tidak ada perabot yg menghawatirkan bayi belajar jalan (barang pecah belahnya kami pindah dlu). ada alat vakum yg siap menyedot debu2 dimanapun, ada hair dryer, setrika bahkan air purifier. perabotan lengkap, kulkas besar, masak dan hangatin mpasi gampang. kamar mandi bersih. ada alat bersih2 juga (sapu lidi, ijuk) jadi berasa lagi dirumah internet beberapa kali suka disconnect tapi krn ada gangguan di unit, its okay. terbilang sgt cocok untuk stay saat wfa sekaligus liburan. mau main ke wisata sleman jadi deket bgt. lingkungan sekitar banyak makanan, gampang cari apapun. akses ojek/car online juga gampang bisa masuk sampai lobby dan titiknya juga tersedia dgn jelas. diluar fasilitas kamar, fasilitas apartment juga oke, kolam renangnya oke, ada laundryan, resepsionis cepat dan boleh titip barang dilobby dengan aman (ada cctv). pilihan pertama saat visit jogja lagi sampai saat i

I had a wonderful stay at Francisca’s place! She is an incredibly helpful and friendly host — from the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. I even ended up spending a full day just relaxing at the unit because it was so comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Francisca truly pays attention to every little detail and need, which made our stay effortless and enjoyable. The location is fantastic — close to many great restaurants and just a short distance from the biggest mall in Yogyakarta. The unit itself is simple yet beautifully designed with artistic touches that give it a warm and inviting feel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city! Thank you so much Francisca!

saya menginap sekeluarga dgn anak, kelengkapan yg ada di apartemen membantu kebutuhan domestik (lemari es, kompor listrik, sink, mesin cuci setrika) dan lokasi juga mudah untuk dicari. Sekitar ad pilihan aneka ragam makanan, cofee shop juga minimarket.

Puas bangett!!!! Nginep 3 hari 2 malem + extend 6 jam karena nunggu kereta, sekamar ber4 masih nyaman bgt Amenities lengkap puoll (sampe bisa nyuci nyetrika trs disediain hairdryer extra bantal extra bedcover), Bersih puoll , Kolam renangnya juga nyaman Yang paling penting ownernya sangat helpfull dan fast respon Pokoknya akan aku rekomendasikan ke temen dan saudara meskipun jarak ke pusat kota (malioboro) agak jauh sekitar 30menit pakai mobil tapi nyaman bgt Thanks a lot :)
