Great stay, very helpful and nice!

Tsasaa and Enkhbayar are very friendly and warm-hearted guys. The resort is very comfortable and the location is really the best one, even better than the star-standard hotels. The only thing that is not convenient is they don't supply lunch and dinner, you need to go somewhere else to find food to eat. But I think I will still choose them again next time.

Love the stay. Place is actually spacious and can accommodate groups or couples. Good vibe and aesthetic. Great experience in a modern nomadic home, very warm and cozy. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, taking care of all of our every possible request and giving us recommendations on how to take the bus and things to do in the area. The place was very clean and the room was very well organized. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

This was a wonderful apartment—spacious, clean, and perfectly located in the center of Ulaanbaatar, making it easy to go anywhere. The check-in was smooth even though I arrived late at night, and the instructions were clear and helpful. The host was very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. Highly recommended!

In the middle of downtown Ulaanbaatar, I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions!! The accommodation was very tidy and friendly. The host was cool and nice. If I go to Mongolia again next time, I want to use it again.

Uuriintuya was great, providing some good recommendations and was happy to help out if we needed anything, a clean residence located within 2km of nearly everything in UB and felt quite safe in the area.

Stayed for 3 days in this apartment and was really satisfied. Met all my expectations, felt myself right at home. Apartment is really big and cozy , good WiFi and location itself . Would definitely recommend it for other travellers 😀

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

Matt speaks fluent English and very helpful. Once I misplaced my key and he drove 4 hrs from outside Ulaanbaatar to pass me the spare key and ensure I can get inside again at 2am. Kudos to Matt. Thank you.

Clean and nice

Had few days to relax there. It suited the purpose very well. I liked the clean kitchen and bathroom.

Visiting family in the city. This home was in the perfect, walkable location! Just across the street from the State Dept Store and so close to many restaurants, museums and theaters. 2nd floor apartment. As with most apartments in the area; washer, no dryer. Convenient drying wrack hangs above the tub. Kitchen has all you need for cooking small meals. New rice cooker and full size fridge. Bedroom had loads of shelves in the cabinets to unpack your items. We really felt comfortable here for 10 days.

The airbnb is in a prime location which made things so much more convenient and worth the price paid. The place itself was spotlessly clean, clutter free, had all essential appliances and tools needed for a comfortable stay. The host always responded on time for questions and inquiries. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nice apartment in a gated community. Host was responsive and helpful
