Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.

Κτισμένο με παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική απο πέτρα και ξύλο. Αποτελείται απο δυο ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες μια στο ισόγειο και μια στον όροφο. Το διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου διαθέτει καθιστικό, κουζίνα ,υπνοδωμάτιο και λουτρό.
