Holiday rentals with beach access in Tuzla

Am revenit pentru a doua oara aici cu mare drag. Apartamentul este spatios, curat, aproape de mare dar totodata aflat intr-o zona linistita. Doamna Cristina a fost de un real ajutor, am comunicat excelent si ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Cu siguranta vom reveni si pe viitor!

Absolute fantastic location and view of the Black Sea from the bedroom window. 5 stars ! We had great communication with Marius, he is a Super Host! My brother and his wife enjoyed it a lot ! If someone from US wants to visit Romania and Black Sea I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Marius!

Impresionată de aspectul locuinței și de dimensiunea ei. Din poze mi s-a parut a fi mult mai mică. Aranjata cu bun gust și foarte prietenoasa. Dotată corespunzator: aragaz, cuptor, centrala, microunde, prăjitor de pâine, cana fierbătoare, filtru de cafea, oale, farfurii, tacâmuri, iar frigiderul foarte curat. Așternuturile curate și frumos mirositoare, iar prosoapele albe și foarte groase și curate. In dormitor exista lampa și TV cu cablu, inclusiv aer condiționat. Dacă aveți nevoie, puteți gasi inclusiv produse de curățenie. Mici dezavantaje, deloc deranjante: baia ar fi putut fi un pic mai curata, pentru noi nu a fost deloc o problema, deoarece era igienizata. In plus, ne-ar fi prins bine un uscător de păr și un fier de calcat. Daca știti că aveți nevoie de ele, să le aveți în bagaj ☺️😄. Noi am fost mulțumiți și satisfăcuți și chiar impresionați de experiență ❤️

Locatie excelenta, locuinta foarte curata, dotata cu cele necesare (exact ca in poze), aproape de plaja, gazda reactiva. Totul la superlativ. Multumim!

O cazare ok, a fost totul nou, vedere către lac și mare în zare, un apartament micuț, potrivit pentru un cuplu sau familie cu copil. Are doar o baie ceea ce înseamnă ca o să faceți coadă, un singur aer condiționat cam slăbuț, televizoarele nu funcționează ca nu au cablu iar viteza la internet este foarte mică și se vede pixelat. 2 televizoare nu sunt configurate. Mai trebuie investit în mici detalii. Prețul a fost de 200e pe noapte, puțin cam mare pentru ce oferă

Exact ceea ce ne doream.O casă primitoare și curată.Despre detalii,fără cuvinte.Totul cu gust,vechi și nou,clasic și modern,aranjamentele și decorațiunile te duc într-o atmosferă liniștitoare,de relaxare,de a te simți cu adevărat în vacanță.Se spune o vorbă "omul sfințește locul" de asta va felicit pentru acest "Studio BelAtelier" superb.Sper sa ne revedem cu alta ocazie!!

💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Book it with confidence! Don't let the low reviews scare you. This apartment was amazing and the host made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The entire place is very clean, air conditioned, plenty of space, steps away from the beach, with amazing views of the sea from both balconies attached to each bedroom. Having a parking spot was also very helpful as it is pretty hard to find one! Our host responded quicky to every question we had and made us feel at home. Everything you see in the pictures and description of the place is accurate. I loved this apartment!!

Apartamentul Roxanei este aproape de plaja, faci cam 8-10 minute. Este aproape de magazine, restaurante, iar zona unde se afla apartamentul este populata. Roxana ne-a raspuns la intrebari si chiar a fost flexibila la check in si check out, lucru pe care l-am apreciat. Daca aveti bebelus sau carucior, vedeti ca blocul are 4 etaje si nu are lift. Am avut o sedere frumoasa si sunt sigura ca o sa mai revenim 🤗

Am avut o experiență minunată la această gazdă! Casa este foarte frumoasă și confortabilă, cu toate facilitățile de care aveam nevoie. Gazda a fost incredibil de amabilă și primitoare, ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă încă de la început. Recomand cu căldură acest loc tuturor viitorilor oaspeți, cu siguranță veți avea o ședere excelentă!

Casa Ortviken este un hotel excelent. Foarte confortabil, frumos și curat. Este situat într-un loc foarte liniștit, ferit de zgomot. Camera este elegantă și frumos amenajată. Gazdele sunt oameni prietenoși și deschiși. Bucătăria are tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil, iar terasa este spațioasă și bine dotată. Ne-am simțit aici ca acasă și ne-am dorit să rămânem și mai mult! Cu siguranță vom reveni. Mulțumim, Casa Ortviken!

O locație excelentă - spațiu suficient de mare și bine organizat atât în casă, cât și în curte. Am stat un weekend la această unitate de cazare alături de cățelul nostru. Gazda a comunicat cu noi foarte eficient și a fost foarte săritoare, mereu la dispoziția noastră. Distanța până la plajă: *10 minute cu mașina. *nu am explorat și pe jos, e o distanță care poate fi făcută, nimic imposibil, însă depinde cine face acest traseu și când (mă refer la vară când, din cauza căldurii, toate distanțele ne par mai greu de parcurs). Casa este echipată cu tot ce e nevoie pentru a petrece timp de calitate acolo - bucătărie cu de toate, două băi funcționale, două dormitoare, sobă funcțională în care se poate face focul, spații comune amenajate, zonă de dinning, foișor și grătar. Nu există TV - aviz familiilor cu copii sau pasionaților. :) Dacă sunteți în căutarea unei oaze de verdeață în apropierea mării, acesta este locul perfect!

I can recomended this acomodation. It is close to the beach and "city centre". Althought rooms are quite small, you have everything what you need for your holiday. TV, fridge, wardrobe and peraonal bathroom. All house was very clean, kitchen was equiped very well and in the nice garden you can have breakfast, evening tea time or take a rest after hot day.

We were looking for a nice, affordable place away from the noisy boardwalks and busy touristy areas. And we wanted to be near the beach. This was a great find! It’s about a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach with a life guard and other families. The place was very clean. The building is surrounded by a tall fence so it’s private but also has a nice courtyard to move about and a summer kitchen that was very well equipped! The staff were flexible and friendly and allowed us to bring our dog. We really enjoyed the roof patio both at sunrise and then again in the evening as the moon came up. It became a nice way to start and end the day. This was what we needed this year and we would happily return again!

Conditii de cazare foarte bune ( curatenie, bucatarie exterioara cu loc de luat masa, curte, loc de joaca pentru copii), iar proprietarii foarte amabili. Recomandam! Am fost foarte incantati!

Cazarea a fost foarte curată, gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa! Este foarte accesibila sa ajungi pe jos, aproape de plaja, faleza restaurante, chiar și de stația de tren! O recomand cu încredere! A fost o plăcere!

Waaaw! 🤩 You know sometimes you arrive at these places where you feel completely comfortable and safe from the first minute you interact...Well this is such a place.. It spoke for itself... These hosts.. What they did, they did with passion. During winter, I stayed here for about a month .. just for some rest. I loved walking at the almost deserted beach closeby ⛱️ Though in summer the hotels next to the beach will make it probably crowded. At this place, it's 100% safe to put your bagage and laptop. In the kitchen I cooked regularly. Everything is provided to make dinner. I just had to take the bike, to buy groceries in the Lidl nearby. Hopefully i can go back once to visit Constanta to feel the summer vibe. When that happens, for sure i will book my stay again here with such authentic and generous hosts despite the fact it's a one hour train ride from the city. Oh yeah one more thing.. the food they prepare? so so so good. so good. It will make your day.

Clean and well furnished flat, close to the beach and shops. Had everything you need for a short stay, even a little well equipped kitchen. The host has been most helpful when checking in, even coming out to meet us at a local supermarket when we struggled to find the right building.

gazda foarte amabila, apartament curat , răspunsuri prompte, ne-a lăsat sa ne cazam din prima zi la orice ora ceea ce a contat mult pentru noi. Ne-a oferit și recomandări de restaurant unde am mâncat foarte bine.Era un supermarket în zona destul de aproape.Plaja era accesibila și fix în fata clădirii însă aveai de coborat foarte multe scări

The place is spacious, sunny, nicely decorated and within walking distance of Constanta's old town. Ioana was friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

Lidia's place was absolutely great. My parent really enjoyed there. Definitely a place to stay when you go on the Black Sea seaside

The apartamento is perfect and the owner/ host perfect too.

Always a great experience coming back! Everything little detail creates a very luxury set-up. And above all Roxana is a very kind host.

Loved this flat, it was a lot more spacious than it looked in the pictures and very clean, so close to the sea and the old city centre. Tudor was so warm and kind and everything was just so. V good shower, as well :)
