Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

This Apartment was very beautiful. For us it was easy to find. You definitely need a car. We used the Pool in the afternoon. It was very very quiet and for sure 100% nature. The only thing we would change is the matress. It was way to hard for us. We felt in love with Paolo. He is a funny and warm hearted person with grate hospitability. We were at the spiaggia lunga, it was very nice there. Not many people. Ciao Paolo, hope to see you again. XXX

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

I highly recommend this host and the apartment. Very unique, beautiful, and clean. The smell was lovely also. Host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo Airbnb! L'alloggio era pulito, ben arredato e perfettamente in linea con la descrizione. La posizione è ideale per esplorare Viterbo, con facile accesso al centro. Leonella è stata un'host eccezionale: disponibile, cordiale e attenta a ogni dettaglio per garantire un'ottima esperienza. La comunicazione è stata fluida e mi ha fornito consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Viterbo e sentirsi a casa!

We really enjoyed our stay in Central Rome- Pantheon is literally right out the window. Communication and check in were thoroughly explained by Max who greeted us and helped with luggage at the apartment. We wanted an authentic Rome apartment and this met our expectations. Until the next time

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein absoluter Traum für alle Rom-Reisende. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight nach einem langen Tag voller Sightseeing – Entspannung pur. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und doch nahe am Zentrum – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem mit der Metro erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wonderful place to stay in Montepulciano! Giacomo was very helpful and patient with us. We missed a turn and ended up driving through town (a no-no during the day). When we finally got there we were rewarded with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. The home is a very charming apartment in a historic building. Bathroom was very spacious with a washing machine. If you're driving in to Montepulciano do yourself a favor and watch the video he created showing how to reach the apartment. Then watch it five more times before your trip. Memorize the turns and landmarks. Google maps will lead you astray and that video will be a huge help. Head downstairs to Giacomo's coffee shop in the mornings for an excellent full breakfast. It's a charming place with great food.

Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Un logement parfait ! Très propre, douillet et confortable ! Il ne manque rien, tout a été bien pensé ! Une vue hypnotisante sur le dôme du Vatican !!!! Exceptionnel ! Et justement il est à deux pas ! Stefano est très sympathique, et n hesite pas à donner des conseils et est toujours joignable ! Je recommande ce joyau ☺️

un attico da togliere il fiato! tutto è stato scelto con cura. Un ambiente elegante, pulito ed accogliente, sa di casa! Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza! ci siamo rilassate nella vasca idromassaggio ed ammirato un tramonto incantevole. Robbie è stato veramente gentile e presente. Si nota quanta cura e passione è stata messa nel creare un ambiente così. Tornerò a trovarti Robbie. Grazie ☺️

Le logement proposé est exactement pareil que sur les photos même mieux endroit très propre et extrêmement paisible un vrai havre de paix. Nous avons adorer notre séjour à Tivoli petite ville toute mignonne on a pu trouver facilement des restaurants qui propose de la cuisine sans gluten ainsi qu’une boulangerie l’hôte nous avais donner quelques adresses Je remercie l’hôte pour son accueil ces conseils et ces petites adresses 🥰 ce fût un réel plaisir de séjourner chez vous .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, ai mezzi pubblici e ai negozi. Tutto è stato comodo e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
