Holiday rentals with beach access in Tunis Governorate

Sehr schöne Wohnung, der Strand ist nicht weit. Es ist sehr ruhig nachts. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist momentan noch eine riesen Baustelle, die man aber nicht wirklich wahrnimmt. Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen etwas enfernt, aber das wussten wir ja:) Sabrine versorgt einen gut mit Infos. Und Sabrine sorgt sogar dafür, dass in der Wohnung liegengebliebene Kuschelaffen wieder bei ihre Besitzerin landen:)

Nous avons passé de très beaux moments, dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à la description, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention aux détails et la propreté des lieux. Bel nous répond rapidement dès que nous avons une question ou une demande, c'est vraiement un excellent service. Merci d'avoir contribué à rendre notre voyage mémorable. Nous recommandons grandement cet appartement.

Excellent emplacement au coeur de Marsa Plage. Appartement calme, spacieux, propre lumineux. Excellent service. J'y retournerais demain :-)

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Amir pour son accueil et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Il a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un sens du service exceptionnel — il est rare de rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi serviable. Véritable conseiller et guide, il nous a aidés à découvrir la Tunisie dans les meilleures conditions. Toujours disponible, il répond à toute heure dès qu’on a besoin de lui. Lorsque notre vol a été retardé, il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps dans le logement, avec une grande bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, grâce à lui et à son appartement, lumineux, agréable et très bien situé. Encore un immense merci pour tout, Amir ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés à 100 %.

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

We had a great four-day stay! The host was very kind—she waited for us even though we arrived late. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed, including towels, kitchenware, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. My kids loved it! The TV had all the channels, including Netflix and Prime, which was a nice bonus. The watchman was also very helpful and kept an eye on the car, even late at night. The host kindly allowed a late check-out since our flight was later.I would definitely recommend it!

It was my second time staying at Kenza and Malik’s place and as fantastic as before. Every detail thought through, perfect location walkable to great restaurants, sad to leave! Thanks again!

l emplacement et ideal, 100m de la plage, 300m du petit port de sidi bou said pour prendre un jus frais pressé le matin et sami un hote trés prevenant, de bon conseil et acceuillant,je recommande sans hesitations jean-philippe

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Très jolie maison avec un beau jardin fleuri Qq petits ajustements mais le propriétaire a été réactif et a pu nous venir en aide Le Monoprix est à 3 minutes à pied et la place de Gammarth a 5/10 minutes Nous avons passé un très beau séjour

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Très beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix à Marsa. Très gentille hôte et facilement joignable sur Airbnb ou Whatsap. Le Airbnb était bien décoré, aéré, très bel emplacement, jolie piscine et très joli extérieur. Seul bémol est qu’il faut utiliser les taxis pour se promener mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis sont très abordables en Tunisie via Indrive. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est propre. Je recommande à 100%

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

Appartement bien agencé, équipe, situé et reposant. Excellent choix, à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Tunis.

Omar est une personne très réactive, au petit soin et très bienveillant. En arrivant très en retard (2h après minuit), nous a attendu et même avec un sourire chaleureux. L’appartement est dans une zone accessible et paisible. Je recommande vivement.

Clean and quiet place you can explore the city from. The unit is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. It’s practically a townhouse. There are two full bedrooms and a nice desk where you can work quietly. There’s a nice quiet garden you can sit in as well. The host does a great job managing it and was very helpful the few times we needed something. I highly recommend this place and would stay again next time I’m in Tunisia.

Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. L’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, pulito e accogliente. La terrazza sicuramente dà un tocco in più, molto piacevole cenarci la sera. C’è anche la lavatrice. Marwen è stato molto disponibile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare l’appartamento pronto, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare ed è stato molto gentile a farci fare il check out oltre all’ora indicata. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%
