Our stay here was perfect. Charlotte was a fantastic host and really helpful with our late check in. The sweet treats and fresh milk on arrival were a lovely touch, and everything about the house was as described.

A great location and a really lovely flat with lots of thoughtful extras plus the added luxury of overlooking the river. Tonbridge is a lovely town and a good launchpad for gardens, historic houses and walks. Highly recommended!

Mary was fantastic, giving us lots of information before we arrived and was there to greet us when we arrived. She gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and information on the local area. Mary's place was easy to find and within a short stroll of everywhere you would wish to go. It was spotlessly clean and had everything and more you would need. I would not hesitate in staying here again, it really was a great place with a fantastic host.

Very nice accommodation, great location on the high street for shops, restaurants etc. Facilities in the property were ideal for what I needed, fridge,oven,microwave,kettle etc. No real complaints, only comments are that there was no thermostat for the heating so had to use the override button on the boiler, no tea towel for drying plates etc. I'd stay there again.

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Enjoyed the stay at Linda’s place. It was close to great attractions in the Tonbridge and wider Kent area and we were comfortable in the flat. We enjoyed be able to walk to close by shops and restaurants without trouble and also being near to the station.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Second stay at Dom's, outstanding place, super central. Really spacious if you're a couple or a small group even. Recommended!

This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

This place was beautiful and in a perfect location. It had grocery store very close to apartment and a lot of restaurants nearby. Close to tube station. Perfect play to lay your head while in London
