This is a wonderful spot! Very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There’s off street parking for the guest, which I really appreciate. The bed is quite comfortable, and has the best pillows ever! 🤣. And enough pillows, too! Full size fridge with freezer- I like ice cream. Treats and snacks were left for us- such a nice touch!

It was a great stay! Really beautiful location, practically touching the Saguaro National Park. It felt really natural, it was so dark at night due to there being no street lights. I could see all the stars at night too. It was amazing. However, I accidentally entered the wrong building initially though because the national park area is extremely dark at night. Besides for that, everything in the location is pretty nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's home! It perfectly met our needs for our weekend in Tucson. The home is exactly as described, is very clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and all the little touches that made it feel so comfortable. Lee and Laura were both very responsive, helping us with check-in and with just the right balance of being friendly and helpful while allowing us our privacy. Their home is situated in a wonderful location, close to attractions and restaurants, with beautiful views of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Mimi's private studio in a safe quiet residential neighborhood was perfect for my short stay to town. I was one person, and it was a perfect size for me. Easy to park my car and enter the studio which was behind a gate that locked. While I did not do much cooking during my stay Mimi's kitchen was fully equipped with supplies including very nice coffee/espresso, hot plate, microwave and fridge. Mimi provided bottled waters and snacks too! Wifi worked great for some work on my computer and the smartTV was ready to go. Very convenient location to the university and also the hospital. A great stay!

This was a jewel of a find. Went beyond our expectation for peace, quiet and cleanliness. great Neighborhood and close to trailheads and national park. easy to access the city and community. great kitchen accommodations. Comfy beds. morning sun was a bonus.

Catherine’s home and hospitality are amazing! We really appreciate you, Catherine. We were on a long roadtrip, and staying at her place to recoup and relax was exactly perfect. The property itself is notably beautiful, and it was amazing to see such diverse plant life on the trip. Catherine was also so kind to share her amazing pottery and sourdough knowledge with us, which was such an unexpected gift! A very memorable part of our roadtrip, thanks to this stay.

This cozy unit was perfect for me and my kiddo on our spring break getaway. We loved the saltwater pool, the views, and the quiet neighborhood. My son especially loved watching the quail families! Teresa was very hospitable and even showed me the herbs she was growing around her house - something that I especially loved as a fellow gardener. We would definitely visit again!

We had such an enjoyable stay. Flawless really. Attended our daughter's graduation. The view is spectacular and the yard is so cute. We got to swim around in the pool. The birds flying aroung arenso cute. They are lovely hosts.

Both John and Jessica are great friendly people and luckily I was able to meet them both. The casita is very nice and comfortable and super easy to go in and out of. Everything one would need was included and there to use. I would highly recommend and will be returning back sometime soon! :)

Great space and great location. Booked on short notice and they got right back to me and confirmed my reservation. It was small, but great for a single person or couple. Would definitely stay there again.

Truly extraordinary! Loren has done an incredible job curating every detail of the space. We loved crossing paths with him throughout our stay. It's a peaceful and grounding space that allowed us to slow down and recharge on a long road trip. We can't wait to come back and couldn't recommend staying here more highly... an absolute GEM!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The location was peaceful and quiet and the home was comfortable and accommodating. Everything I needed was available. Roman was available and responded quickly whenever I reached out. Overall, I would recommend this location.

We had a wonderful stay at Colin’s guest suite! The pool was perfect for a relaxing float, and the suite was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our one-night visit. Colin also shared great local vegan restaurant recommendations—Lovin’ Spoonfuls was a hit! We’d definitely stay again.

I was visiting Tucson to tour apartments as I am moving there. Nancy’s place was the perfect spot to come home to each night! It was perfectly sized for one person, and had all the amenities I needed for a week long stay. I loved seeing the hummingbirds out back! It was a very clean and organized space and Nancy was very responsive and even gave me local recommendations to check out! The location put me right in the middle of all the things I wanted to see and the apartments I toured. I also felt very safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the closed gate that separates the house from the street. What an amazing stay!

Great stay for the price. Very quiet and central to where we needed to be for all of our activities. No issues and would recommend!

I love this Airbnb. Patricia responded promptly when there was a plumbing issue, even though she was out of town. A permanent renter in the building checked in with me several times to be sure it was all resolved. The place is very clean and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. First time visitors might have a little trouble finding the place in the dark in spite of Patricia’s good directions. As a repeat renter, I had no problems. I would love to stay there again!

This airbnb is a true gem. Its location was quiet with a spectacular view of Tucson’s sparkling lights at night. The bed was so comfortable with high quality sheets. Mike and Joanne thought about every amenity from providing supplies for breakfast to s’mores made at the out door fireplace at night. Loved the hot tub!! Everything was labeled and easy to find. Check out was a breeze as they only asked us to load dishwasher. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Highly recommend!

I am a frequent flyer at Joshua’s air Bnb. He is a model host friendly and communicative meanwhile the studio is in the back of his domicile and guest sense of privacy respected. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use and decor enhanced by dark turquoise tile and bright kitchen window. The AC is excellent though also the space stays exceptionally cool despite summer heat even without need for cranking the AC temp much above mid 70s. This neighborhood first settled in the early 1950s and the casita retains the charm of that era. This carries over to the sociability of frequent encounters with friendly neighbors in this best of Tucson walkable area of the city. Visitors staying @ Joshua’s should not miss out on a walk on the completely pedestrian/bikeable/skateboardable Car-free Treat Pathway that transects the neighborhood beginning near Joshua’s casita and for 8 more blocks north to Broadway to where you find a decent diner style restaurant, sushi, natural food grocery.

We could not have been happier with our stay at black arrow lodge! Their space is one of a kind and we did not want to leave! Melanie has thought of every details and truly goes out of her way to make your stay the best possible! We loved the pool, patio and hot tub and being able to walk into the national park!!!!!! I wish we were there when all the Cacti were blooming ! We loved watching all the birds from our patio in the am sipping coffee. We have stayed in 3 other locations and this was the best for hiking and getting to downtown! If you can stay here, please do!
