We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our visit extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The hosts were responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee with a view, cozying up in the evenings, or exploring the nearby area, every moment was a delight. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s house in Tucson. We loved the mid century one level feel. The house is easy to find and Michael’s communication and instruction was impeccable. We had no issues with accessing the property. The house had everything we were looking for on this trip. Good value, proximity to UA, a private pool and backyard, and a comfy bed. The back yard is wonderful. We appreciated all of the little touches. Yoga mats and pool towels, fresh ground coffee provided, filtered water from the fridge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a/c for those hot Tucson days. I would definitely stay here again.

Joseph was very helpful answering questions before arrival and during. He responded very quickly anytime we reached out to him. The home is very nice. Well taken care of and clean. The kitchen was quite complete with everything we needed. We always felt relaxed being there. The outside is very private. It is right on a major street and there is some traffic noise sometimes. It never bothered us, though. Having coffee or reading in the covered patio was very enjoyable. The patio furniture was comfortable. The primary bed's mattress could be firmer, but it was not uncomfortable. Heed Joseph's note about the pool not being heated. The high temps were in the 90-100 range, but we found the pool temperature to be a bit cooler than we were liked. This is NOT Joseph's fault; he gave adequate notice that it was not heated, except by the sun. We like a pool that is on the warm side and had hoped that the sun would have heated it more. Kids probably would not notice. We had a great time anyway!

It's an excellent place for a lovely, quiet family weekend. We were visiting Tucson for our son's graduation from U of A. Everyone had a great time, and they all commented on how nice and relaxing the home was to us. Thank you, Roadrunner!

This house was beyond our expectations. With the fair price and the wide space available with amenities such as a clean pool, our stay was pleasant. Loved the bedrooms and would rent again!

We had a fabulous stay, next time we would love to stay longer : ) The house was perfect for our requirements:- beds were very comfortable, we loved all the extras that were left for us, loved my coffee every morning, the pool was great, the area was very safe, loved the walking trail for our morning walk & very responsive hosts.

We had an incredibly positive experience with our host! Due to an unexpected delay in getting our AC unit replaced, we needed a place to stay the same day and our host came through for us in the best way possible. He was super responsive, kind, flexible, and understanding from the moment we reached out. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made so much more peaceful thanks to his compassion and willingness to accommodate our changing needs, including an uncertain extension of our stay. We’re truly grateful for the warmth and support he showed during a tough time. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely wonderful! Peter was a great host! He even provided a clothes iron and ironing board so I didn’t have to pack mine! My favorite thing was the covered parking! Our car stayed fresh in the heat! We had a great time hanging outside grilling and listening to music! Would absolutely recommend this place! The a/c was fabulous!! Thank you Peter for everything!

The outdoor area alone is worth a visit. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and socializing with the mountains as a backdrop. Saw many hummingbirds, as well as other wildlife while we were there. We also enjoyed some delicious lemons from the very impressive lemon tree! I would highly recommend!

This place is beautiful! We loved our stay. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the birds, swimming, cooking, and relaxing at the home. We even got a morning treat seeing a family of javelinas crossing the road near the house. Amber gave us some local food recommendations and was quick to communicate. We would definitely recommend this house.

The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Their hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Excellent in every way. Stephanie’s home is a lovely space. I feel like the interior remodel should have been an episode of reality show. Whoever made aesthetic choices for the walls is a design genius.

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at - views are 100 pct amazing - pool, jacuzzi and outdoor gas fireplace were A plus - inside was impeccable - super clean with super comfy beds and awesome tvs and comfy sofas and kitchen is incredibly with everything you can need plus snacks. Close to trails / great biking and 15 min to Tucson

This was a beautiful and cozy home away from home for our family. The dedicated kids' area was an absolute dream for our toddler, keeping her happily entertained. It was so clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered – from the comfortable reclining couch and cozy blankets to the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and the beautiful views from the balcony. Also, it was immaculately clean. The hosts were so kind and attentive, promptly answering all our questions and accommodating our requests. This was genuinely one of our favorite Airbnbs ever!

The house was amazing! The location was super peaceful and full of wonderful wildlife. We were in town on a birding adventure. We had 5 life birds on the property alone. Every morning we were able to open the large sliding door and all the windows to enjoy the bird song. I would highly recommend this option for anyone specifically looking for native surroundings and wildlife exposure. Guinevere was a gracious and helpful host. She provided detailed instruction for finding and accessing the property. She was ready with restaurant accommodations to meet our vegetarian needs. Though we did not cook much on this trip, I can say from previous experiences that her kitchen was well stocked and met the needs of our cook. The very comfortable beds had high quality linens. The towels were soft and plush. She even provided good, not hotel quality, toilet paper. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! We used this home for a family gathering/vacation. Super fun for both adults and the children. We felt right at home. Lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed all the different entertainment areas inside and out. Close to amenities. Hosts were fabulous to work with. Would definitely stay again.

This is house is stunning in every way! Outside is amazing, inside is super clean, I just loved everything about this house. It’s truly a getaway type of experience. For sure book this place worth every penny !

We had researched the available houses which best fit our needs. I have generally, but not always, been somewhat disappointed by our rental houses over the past ten years, finding that the pictures were inadequate in describing some aspects of them. This was not a problem with this house! Marina greeted us there, carefully explained the house features in a walk-thru, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was overwhelmed by the stunning location which rose above the city of Tucson, and the house's excellent condition and modernity . The views of the mountains and the surrounding natural desert landscaping during the day, and the amazing view of the city lights and the wide open sky at night were most enjoyable. Sky-watching from the back patio, we were easily able to see the constellations, planets, and fast-moving satellites! The quiet was deafening - no city noises could be heard at any time, only the gentle cooing of the doves. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!!
