The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

Lazur is a small but very comfortable apartment at the top floor of a typical 'panelka' apartment block. I stayed for 1 week and it had all the amenities I needed except laundry, but I was able to wash some clothing in the sink and dry them on a small rack in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable for one person. Firm mattress and quality bedding. Could fit two but may be tight. Everything is designed for comfort. The neighbourhood looks a little dirty but it felt safe and is in a convenient location ; less than 10m walk from the sea garden and beach and is close to 'Demokratsiya' street where you can take a bus to the airport, coach/bus station or attractions like Aque Calidae. Use the Transport Burgas app for local buses as they do not appear on Google Maps. You can also buy tickets with the app and scan the QR code at a machine on the bus. There are also restaurants, cafes and a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. Overall for the price I highly recommend this place

Très bon moment chez Stanislas, l'appartement est idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Malgré une réservation faite au dernier moment, Stanislas a été très réactif pour nous accueillir le plus vite possible.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Butas naujai suremontuotas, tvarkingas, aukštesnių standartų nei įprasti vietinėje rinkoje. Labai geras ir greitas šeimininkų komunikavimas, prireikus padėdavo visais klausimais! Mūsų išvykimas buvo vėlai vakare, tai leido pabūti bute kiek mums reikėjo. Įsiklauso į poreikius. Užsakant suabejojau ar nebus šalta bute, tai atvykę radome papildomą šildytuvą. Buvo kavos aparatas ir kavos. Ir net dvi poros guminių šlepečių. Šiek tiek probleminis dušas, nes maža patalpa ir nėra pertvaros, tai grindys likdavo šlapios. Gal tam ir skirtos tos guminės šlepetės. Yra mini balkoniukas, skirtas rūkymui.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The view is beautiful and a beach is right in front of the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment. The area of Tsarevo is beautiful, with a beautiful coastline and great beaches! Recommend!

Жилье соответствует описанию. Легко попасть в апартаменты. В апартаментах было все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. На территории два бассейна. Очень красиво и можно приятно отдохнуть. Спасибо, мы еще вернемся

Very functional space, simple, has everything you need. Lots of construction in the area currently (2025) But will be very nice after those are complete. Lots of great kitchen devices, tools, spices for cooking and a really great shower. Lovely windows you can open from multiple directions. Private. Easy access and parking. Great explanation with photos for check-in. Nice stay

Замечательное место. В номере есть все, и даже больше. Комплекс великолепный. Много бассейнов, ресторанов , закрытая территория. До красивейшего пляжа рукой подать. В квартире осень комфортно, великолепная терраса. До старого города 20 минут пешком. Я влюбилась в комплекс, буду приезжать еще. Спасибо ща прекрасный отдых 🩷

Много приятно студио, на 2 минути до плаж Нестинарка, на 10 минути пеша до заведенията в центъра на кв. Василико и 5 мин с кола до центъра на Царево и супермаркетите там. Чисто, с чудесно озеленяване и поддръжка в комплекса и дива зеленина извън него. Голям басейн в комплекса с шезлонги и сянка. Място за спокойна почивка.

Апартаментът отговаря напълно на описанието и на снимките. Много чисто и поддържано място с всичко необходимо за един прекрасен престой. Напълно оборудвана кухня, с всички удобства и няма нещо, което да липсва. На много удобно и лесно за намиране място и близо до 2 плажа. Милена е много мила, услужлива и с много добро отношение. Благодарим на Милена за всичко, изкарахме страхотен престой и препоръчвам мястото.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war äußerst angenehm und PlanBTime war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und konnte dadurch schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagieren. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig und ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie und bietet fünf Pools, Fitness- und Wellnesscenter, Restaurants, Spielplätze, Zugang zu zwei Stränden uvm. Wir hatten einen gesicherten Parkplatz von den Gastgebern direkt vor dem Komplex, was uns die Parksituation enorm erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben uns klare Anweisungen für den Check-in und die Nutzung der Wohnung und Anlage zukommen lassen, großes Lob dafür. Der geräumige Balkon bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sv. Ivan. Lediglich der neue Bau vor dem Balkon hat die Sicht etwas eingeschränkt, aber daran ist natürlich keiner schuld. Es ist ein super Ort für die Familie, um in Sozopol Urlaub zu machen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank!

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and an attentive host made it a standout choice. I highly recommend this flat.

De host was super vriendelijk! Altijd snelle reactie en de elektrische grill werd op aanvraag snel geleverd. Super mooi park met mooie zwembaden. Er heerst een veilig gevoel. De afstand tot Sozopol centrum is alleen niet te belopen en daarvoor heb he een taxi of bus nodig. Dikke aanrader!

Яна беше супер отзивчива и направи всичко за да си прекараме добре. Апартаментът е много удобен и имаше всичко необходимо за нашия престой, а самият комплекс е супер за родители с малки деца. Има няколко басейна в това число и детски, много зеленина и хубави ресторанти. Също така плажът на златна рибка е на пешеходно разстояние, така че има за всекиго по нещо. Със сигурност бихме повторили :)
