Den består av et soverom (seng 140x200), bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, enkelt kjøkken og en liten stue med tv, sofa og spiseplass. Passer godt til 1-2 personer. Buss (nr 24) går rett utenfor huset og det tar ca 10 minutter til sentrum. Om du foretrekker å gå tar det ca 30 minutt. Hybelen er nyoppusset, og inneholder eget bad og kombinert stue/sovealkove.
