Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

Northern Lights Paradise is beautifully situated on Brensholmen near the sea, with a view of Sommarøy. It’s about 50 km from Tromsø Airport and 5 km from Sommarøy, with a grocery store and ferry to Senja within walking distance. The property features a large outdoor area, a 50 sqm terrace, and ample parking. Perfect for families, the cabin is equipped with cribs, a high chair, and toys for indoor and outdoor use. A fire pit with a fire pan is also available.

Hytte som ligger helt ved sjøkanten, stille område uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Dette er plassen hvor du blir alene i ro og fred. Enkel tilgjengelighet med 30 meter fra trafikkert vei. Det kan nesten ikke beskrives - det må oppleves. Du bor på yttersida av eventyrøya Senja. Du kommer ikke nærmere naturen - med en glassfasade på nærmere 30 kvm har du følelsen av å sitte ute mens du sitter inne. Om det er midtnattsol eller nordlys - det blir aldri kjedelig å se på havet, fjellene og dyrelivet langs Bergsfjorden. Hytta var ferdig høsten 2018 og har høy standard.
