What a beautiful apartment and thoughtful host. While San Nicolas is akin to the Times Square of Bs As (lots of lights, lots of action), it is energetic, attractive, and most importantly: CENTRAL! Walkable distance from many attractions and well-connected to the subte if you want to venture further. Even with all the commotion of the city, Juan Jose's apartment is clean, serene, and peaceful. The charm of the art deco period is abounded. The view is unmatched. Don't forget to engage with the doormen! They are lovely and helpful people. Shout out to Angel :) Would absolutely stay at Juan Jose's place again and hope to return.

El departamento realmente es un lujo, es la cuarta vez que me hospedó aquí y cada día me siento más cómoda! Me sorprende que estén constantemente mejorando algo, esta última vez nos recibieron con toallas nuevas, realmente hermosas, mejor que un hotel!! No consigo ningún depto como este con ingreso y egreso autónomo y además qué tenga el nivel y la calidad que tiene este. Lo recomiendo a todos. Es una experiencia única!

Siempre que viajamos a buenos aires nos alojamos en el departamento de gabriela e ignacio, siempre atentos y el alojamiento tal cual en las fotos. la zona es tranquila, familiera y queda cerca de varios lugares. 100%recomendable

We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

Muy buena experiencia con Pablo. Linda casa, muy cómoda, amplia, equipada y organizada. Hermoso jardín con parrilla y piscina. Amplias habitaciones, luminosas y confortables. Baños también de buenas dimensiones. Barrio tranquilo, con seguridad, buen acceso y muy cerca de Nordelta.

Valió la pena y volvería. Super recomendable muy acogedor ambiente de hogar muchas calidez de las personas, contaba con todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar unos días de paz y tranquilidad. Todo estaba impecable se notaba la ocupación en cada detalle de la casa para sentirse cómodo. Pasamos unos días increíbles no solo mi marido y yo sino también mi hija y el perro. Recuperamos la energía que necesitábamos para continuar el año. Gracias Laura por tu buena predisposición, bondad y alegría. Fue una estadía realmente positiva. Prometimos volver.

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

Romina’s house is absolutely STUNNING! Super clean and the location is great for a little getaway. Romi is an awesome host, who responded super quick to all our enquiries and was always willing to help. She was extremely welcoming and me and my friends instantly felt at home. The house is exactly what’s being shown in the photos and backyard is a hidden gem! Thanks Romi again for your hospitality, well definitely come back :) 10000% recommended!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Excelente el alojamiento, moderno, bien iluminado, todo acorde a lo publicado. Amilcar es un buen anfitrión, siempre respondió a tiempo y nos sentimos muy bien en su espacio. Muy recomendable

This place is the real deal: about an hour walk to most everything, and many things are a half hour walk. You get a little exercise and you get to see the entire city: both the museums, etc., and the streets and shops you find along the way. Marisa is a really great host who embraces her work with an enthusiasm that cannot be faked. She truly loves what she does, despite the usual headaches that come with operating a business. The building and apartment are fully functional, but the place is maybe 60 years old or older, so you really need to understand exactly how everything works and there's a bit of a learning curve. We will always fondly remember the chance Marisa gave us to live and experience Buenos Aires like a native while discussing all manner of details with her. THANK YOU MARISA!!

El alojamiento es excelente, inmejorable ubicación, tranquilo para descansar pero con solo bajar a la calle hay miles de cosas para hacer, negocios de todo tipo, el alojamiento es súper acogedor, decorado muy armoniosamente y la atención de Natalia fue súper admirable. Estamos muy agradecidos!!

El departamento es precioso, los anfitriones siempre están pendientes, dispuestos a ayudar; responder preguntas y brindar soluciones, nuestra estancia fue increíble 100% recomendado, definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos con ellos.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Buenos Aires! San Telmo market is just down the road and if you are there on Sunday the flea market is literally right outside your door. The apartment was very roomy and very comfortable for 2 couples. Tons of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Grisel was at the apartment to greet us on arrival and even let us check in early. She helped to arrange car service to and from the airport. Prior to arriving she sent an incredibly detailed book on recommendations and suggestions for an easy trip. I would highly recommend booking Grisel's apartment!!
