absolutely fantastic place, we had a lovely time exploring St Albans and the flat is literally in the heart of the city. We couldn't ask for more value for our money and Molly has been exceptional, thank you!

Lovely spotless apartment with great access to the town. Communication from Gemma was very clear and timely.

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations. It is decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are both a good size and beds very comfortable. We all slept well. Some people have commented on noise from the road, yes you can hear the traffic but it did not bother us through the night. The garden is enclosed and perfect for eating out in. If you don't want to cook a meal I would recommend the three Crowns just a 5 minute walk up the road. There is also an Indian restaurant a 4 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to messages. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!

A beautiful location very peaceful place got everything you need in the Annex very clean comfortable homely feeling. If you are looking to get away from a busy life enjoy some me time then I would recommend you book a stay in the Annex enjoy the views long walks sit at the local pub. there is a local town Onley that you can go out to eat few pubs coffee shops get your shopping from or you can drive out to Milton Keynes shopping centre which is only 20 minutes away.

A real perfect family location. The cottage was a great base and felt like home from home. It had everything you could need, was lovely and clean, and had a beautiful big garden. We chose it primarily for the location for visiting family, but the access to their amazing farm was the cherry on top. We will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay and really did feel right at home as soon as we stepped inside. The personalized greetings, and yummy brownies were a lovely welcome! The apartment really does have everything anyone would typically need for a stress free stay. It's also in a nice quiet and private area, with a dedicated off street parking space.

An absolutely idyllic stay at Apple Tree Cottage. We came with our one year old son and it couldn’t have been more ideal for him. Very safe, door at the bottom of the staircase so he couldn’t go up, spacious living space, large garden to play etc. The cottage was incredibly clean but also perfectly cosy. Anywhere we wanted to visit was at maximum an hour away (Cotswold Farm Park, Bourton On the Warter, Diddly Squat Farm, Bicester Village etc). Such a perfect location. We walked around the grounds of the farm down a path to see the cows, sheep and chickens. Cannot recommend enough and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

What a fabulous apartment. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but will definitely return for a longer stay. We’ve been to Marlow several times and this was a perfect base for walking into Marlow to its great eateries and shops. Great communication from Max and Carrie-Anne. Would definitely recommend.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Very comfortable unit, well equipped and close to activities. Jane was very helpful and gave a lot of advice about places to go etc. Highly recommended

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. The location was absolutely perfect! Beautiful building, lovely quiet street and close to absolutely everything! Loved the studio room with the terrace. It offered everything we could need and so comfortable. Quick responses! We would stay again and hope there is an opportunity to do so! Just great! The only thing to note that there is no lift just to be aware if stairs are an issue. Otherwise perfect!

A great short-stay at Lars’ bohemian escape in Buntingford. Well located along the high street, but facing away from the busy road, it was nice and peaceful. The space is decorated with interesting things, and I paged through some of the hundreds of architectural and decor books and magazines. Clean, functional- I’d definitely stay again. Lars as a host was very responsive with communication and the check in process was well explained.

The Herb Garden is incredibly quiet, no road noise and very private. The friendly pub is just one mile away for a drink or food. The accommodation is interesting as it used to be a cafe, so the kitchen is very well equipped with 2 double sinks! Everything spotless except the oven which could do with a scrub. We were very pleased to be supplied with 6 eggs, bread, butter, milk, jam, biscuits as well as tea and instant coffee! No cafetiere. I believe the listing says self check in, but we were met by Vanessa's partner and given keys. Exceptionally quick, smooth and friendly. This is not luxury, but it is good value and would really suit couples with a dog as the large garden is very secure. Thank you for our stay.
