The house is excellent, wide and very comfortable. The atmosphere was clean, well organized and welcoming. A special highlight is the pool, which receives sunshine practically all day, providing great leisure time. The host, Calebe, was extremely agile and helpful in all interactions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We miss only a larger dining table, which comfortably accommodates all guests for joint meals. However, the tables and chairs available meet the needs well. The location is also a strong point: the city is large, offers a wide variety of commerce and everything is at a convenient distance from the house.

Our stay was wonderful, the house in a whole is very spacious, several beds, bedrooms and bathrooms, but the highlight is for the leisure area, the view we have of the dam is wonderful, and the very tasty pool already next to the barbecue area, which provided good times keeping everyone close, the city is very quiet and beautiful, but even so already at the entrance of the city we found two markets that contained all the items we needed and the best, they delivered at home. Great experience.

The stay in Fama was amazing. The house is excellent, plenty of space to accommodate the whole family, very equipped kitchen and very good outdoor space to take advantage of the pool and barbecue, overlooking the dam. The location is great because it is possible to walk to the main establishments and restaurants. Joseane was very attentive, answered quickly and passed all necessary instructions. We love the accommodation and we intend to return for sure.

The place is decorated with very good taste, as shown in the photos. Extremely comfortable bed and delicious bed and bath linen! Ideal for a couple. One block from the main square of Lavras. Alessandra was very attentive! I recommend it.

The place is even more beautiful in person, very cozy and perfect for what I needed: my wedding party. Joana was extremely helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Our guests from outside were able to sleep at the venue of the event and everyone loved the party, greatly praising the choice of the place. All I needed she guided me and left everything organized so that we could have fun on the most special day of our lives. We will always be very grateful to Joana and we will remember her and the place with all the affection. Thanks for everything!!!

The condominium is very quiet and the house is excellent, very comfortable. Our family was able to enjoy a lot! The host was very kind and solicitous, responded quickly and clearly. I recommend it! We'll be back more often.

Since our entrance we were very well received , everything was very clean and the place is lovely. even better than the photos. For those looking for a quiet place and to connect to nature for sure this is the place. For the entire stay what we need we were served by the host. I definitely recommend it and I will return whenever possible.
