Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Well located accommodation in the city, very easy to access. The space was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in is quick and easy, making arrival a breeze. The owner is responsive and communicates effectively, which is very appreciable. Several practical services are offered on site, which adds to the general comfort. The neighborhood is quiet, without traffic in the surroundings, and very well served. A 2-5 minute walk, you can find everything you need: pharmacy, small grocery store, pizzeria, bakery, as well as a bus stop. A good option for a stay in the city, whether for work or leisure

2 nights in this nice studio for my parents, they loved it! They were able to easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they were not disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.
