Beautiful seemingly modern well located in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

Wonderful sea and beach views! We had a great week in early May with the sun as a bonus! The location is nice , 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to the center of Perros and above all, an exceptional view of the sea , the 7 islands and the beach of Trestignel. Highly recommended binoculars! The studio is very well appointed, tastefully, there is everything you need for 2. The large terrace is a plus, and we were able to have lunch in the morning outside; pity in the shade in the afternoon and at the end of the day we were not brave enough to settle in and enjoy the garden furniture at this time of the year. Thanks to Benoît for the communication at the reservation and the good recommendations!

My stay in Charlotte and Yves' studio went very well. I was well received; the studio is very nice, pleasant, consistent with the descriptions and very well located, at the entrance to Renote Island which is sumptuous. The entire pink granite coast is on either side of the accommodation. I'll be happy to go back.

Very nice accommodation, very well located, parking in front, clean, well equipped... a small complaint about the sofa bed, the mattress is too thin and therefore uncomfortable. i recommend it .

Our stay "at the good rest" apartment for rent was most pleasant. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, super comfortable bedding, very well equipped and this view that you can't get enough of, a real treat. Vincent's house is beautiful, a bathroom in the 4 bedrooms, an indoor pool, 2 garden lounges, in short, everything to spend a pleasant stay. We had a great welcome basket. For restaurants, I recommend the Lo Soli beach in Trestaou. Finally, I recommend this house and Vincent is very attentive.

Great house in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. Geraldine was super friendly and nice. From the house, you can hike directly on the Zöllnerpfad through the pink granite rocks. We can recommend it without hesitation and would definitely come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

Beautiful, spacious and modern furnished house, quietly located in the green countryside and within walking distance of the sea. Communication with Isabelle is perfect. We travel by bike, although you as a cyclist are not really spoiled in (this part of?) Brittany. The stay is absolutely recommended!

Charming town center house in a quiet area and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought of for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances...not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

the home is just as described! Location ingenious and practical (you can walk to the beach, but also to the village)! The highlight is the heated indoor pool, we hardly got our 3 boys out there. the place is highly recommended, we will certainly go there again.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the terraces very appreciable, modern and well-equipped apartment. The basement for the car is also a good plus.
