Villa holiday rentals in Trat

Great place to stay for a family. Easy walking distance to several beach fronts. The place has a private swimming pool which was perfect for our 5 kids to chill in. Within 3 minutes walking distance is a couple of quality restaurants, a cheaper local thai seafood restaurant, opportunities for snorkeling, paddle boats, canoes at the resort. You have access to all amenities at the resort, except for the free breakfast, but Jorg's place has a functional kitchen - bring what you need the first day from some of the local convenient stores / grocery stores because you wont want to have to leave again. Would definitely come back.

Kood life is a great house in a great location. Pratchaya and his son were extremely helpful and very friendly. We had a water pump fail at 11pm one night, Pratchaya was straight up and had it fixed within the hour. The island was amazing and glad we came in October as we had beaches to ourselves.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the seaside. The accommodation is spacious, the host is very accommodating, we felt like at home. The only inconvenience is that accommodation address is not provided and a taxi driver was confused a bit, but eventually we got there. It wasn’t a problem, but I would feel more secure if I had the address.

Me with my family lived here and it was perfect! Beautiful villa with a private pool, there is everything you need for living, located right next to the beach, there is a huge and beautiful common area with a large swimming pool, restaurant, white sand beach. Angelo was always in touch and helped with any question, thank you!

K. Kata is an amazing host.. when we arrived everything was in place and smooth checkin. He has a beautiful 3 bedroom pool villa with great views on both the sides (beach and mountains). I lived in this resort earlier too but by far this is the best property. We were given complimentary drinks, water and best part was cleaning service just like a regular resort/hotel stay. The food at K. Kata’ restaurant was amazing 🤩 and we loved it 🥰 checkout was even super fast. For owner - he’s superstar 🌟 Villa - I am sure you will come back again and again for ocean views and mountain views. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Guenters Villa. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits der Straße und ist daher sehr ruhig. Der perfekte Ort, um ein wenig "runterzukommen". Das Haus ist sehr groß und wir hatten ausreichend Platz zu Dritt. Die Kommunikation mit Guenter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Koordination der Anreise samt Transfer wurden von Guenters Manager, Arthur, übernommen. Das lief alles reibungslos. Arthur ist sehr zuvorkommend und antwortet sehr schnell auf Rückfragen oder die Bitte nach kurzen Ratschlägen (Scooter-Miete, empfehlenswerte Massage Studios, Laundy usw.). Wer nicht direkt am Strand wohnen muss, für den ist das Haus von Guenter der perfekte Ort auf Koh Mak, da die Wege auf der Insel recht kurz sind.

Väldigt fin villa i djungeln, underbar pool och fina utrymmen att vara på. Trivdes toppen här och värden tog hand om oss väl och hjälpte till med allt som behövdes.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado, tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar para el día a día, tenía agua, hielo, lavadora, secadora... todo funcionaba y la ubicación no estaba nada mal. La azotea es preciosa y siempre está tranquila. Una estancia maravillosa.

Had a brilliant week in roberts Villa. It is in a gorgeous resort right on the sea with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Great little restaurant and bar also which Is v convenient. Robert was super to deal with and always got back to me v promptly. Would recommend and would stay again no problem. Thanks Robert. 👍

Wat een magische plek! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van de prachtig ingerichte villa, maar vooral van de tuin met zwembad en het uitzicht op zee. Niets minder dan een paradijs. De slaapkamers voor onze kinderen die alleen via de buitentrap te bereiken waren, was even wennen. Voor ons bood een babyfoonapp de oplossing. Wij kunnen deze villa van harte aanbevelen.

Top Haus in ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat unsere Abholung und Rückfahrt organisiert. Vor Ort waren Bee und ihr Mann sehr hilfreich und super nett. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

The beachfront villa is located within White Sand resort. We had access to all amenities. And free pick up and drop off from the pier. We were offered daily buffet breakfast from Resort restaurant (780 THB for 2of us per day), it was very good choice and delicious. The villa is located just few steps from the beach, it's really beautifully location. The villa has all amenities you could imagine including working desk, rice cooker and full size fridge freezer. The only slight negative is often there was low hot water pressure under the shower. Yodying ( the owner) was very responsive to our questions and offered helpful tips. It was fantastic experience and I can highly recommend it.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder einmal hierher

Beautiful house with a super nice view on the nature Quiet place, not too many tourists compared to white sand beach Closeby restaurant of the hotel, feet in the sand, sea view… Lots of equipments in the house Great to have Dan assisting for everything Need a scooter to move around (Dan is the man :) Beautiful island, easy to access with many ferries 10min scooter away from an elephant « farm » The only little thing is the pool a bit cold compared to what we would have expected in Thailand with the outside temperature ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at Piet’s villa. The 8-person house is located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the sea. The villa is spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished — the terrace is a daily delight. A top location for those seeking luxury, peace, and nature!

This place was incredible. We originally planned to stay for 3 nights, but extended 2 more nights as we were enjoying it so much. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, accessories, entertainment equipment, it felt like we were at home. The view from the house is incredible, with Blue Haven Bay framed by the palm trees. We originally planned to spend the days exploring Koh Chang, but found that we didn't want to leave the house as it was clear we were already in the best place on the island and nothing better to see. There is a small town very close to the house, and has everything needed including PTT gas station, 7-11, Big C, Lotus so there was no need to travel to adjacent towns. Overall was outstanding, and no doubt we will go back to this place to stay again.
