Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Transdanubia

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. Great little house in perfect location in the center of the Balaton-felvidék, Berta was kind, responsive and proactive. She got us tools that we needed and answered to all of our questions. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. Front patio, lawn and view of vineyard and lake great. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Hosts are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what we needed as two teachers wanting to get out of the city. Peaceful, countryside home with a beautiful sauna and jacuzzi that we used multiple times a day. We loved exploring this part of Hungary (we went to Lake Hévíz) and genuinely enjoyed our stay here. We biked from the train station to the Airbnb, which was hard in the winter. A car might be necessary for others.

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

Fantastic space, beautifully designed and the floor layout made great use of space. Everything finished to a very high standard. Additional bonus was the garden area and furniture - a real sun trap to laze in at the end of each day. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, smart TV with decent broadband and peaceful atmosphere. Great location for everything we wanted to do. We had a lovely, relaxing break which was exactly what we needed. Both Agnes and Marci were really responsive and very accommodating.

Beautiful peaceful views. Comfortable beds. Functional kitchen. Interesting garden with lots of knooks to explore. Would be great for a group. The outdoor spaces were not as clean as the photos, but it is understandable with so much nature. Inside was super clean and exactly as described.

We loved the place so much it was hard to leave! The view was absolutely dreamy! I had been looking forward to staying here for over a year! The A/C worked perfect for the hot summer weather. Just remember to push the lock/unlock button on the side of the remote to adjust the temperature as was instructed to us! Only snag we had was getting out of the building the first day, be sure to push the silver button and pull the door open on the left side. People who live in apartments probably already know this, it was something new for us! We messaged them and they responded right away telling us how to exit the building. We are so happy we choose this stunning beautiful home! It made our time in Budapest absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!!

Nice apartment in an incredibly central location - 3 minute walk to tons of transit, 5-10 minute walk to Jewish quarter, 5 minute walk to the Danube river - but it's incredibly quiet in the apartment. Great stay.

Great place! Very quiet, peaceful and equipped with absolutely everything you need. I spent 8 days during the winter and the temperature absolutely everywhere was excellent. Besides it is furnished with a lot of style which brings you even much more comfort. The hostess is very kind and helpful !

We had a great time in the appartment ! Clean, close to everything, with a terrace from where you could see the river and the city. We were traveling a big groupe and the hosts couldn’t be more friendly and reactive. I definitelly recommend this place. We’ll be happy to come again !

Gem in Budapest, we had an amazing stay. Walkable everywhere, even to the Pest side watching the view over Danube, it was magical. It’s very convenient, Betthyani ter station is literally 1min away as well as the Spar supermarket. All amenities were provided and the flat was clean and tidy. Thank you Tünde for such a clear instructions upon checking in, we didn’t need to worry about anything and we stayed like it was our home. Highly recommended!

we only spent one night in the apartment, but we liked it. beautifully, tastefully renovated apartment, with a tasteful bathroom. pleasant cafes, restaurants in the neighborhood - Vigado. we did not have the opportunity to visit the market hall - we would like to, next time. thank you

10/10 recommend this place! It’s in a great location, in a quiet street but extremely close to the city center. The flat is clean, comfortable and stylish, just like in the pictures. Check in was easy, and Renáta is a very helpful and responsive host. Defo worth the price, we will come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.

The appartment is fantastic with so many details taken care of. Location is also perfect for waking around while garage in the building is a huge plus. Communication with Veronika was easy and helpfull. Overall it was a great stay!
